The full source code of our Android app for programming single-profile TOTP tokens (miniOTP-2/3, OTPC-P1/P2, C301/C302) is now on GitHub under the Apache 2.0 license. Version 3.0.0 is a complete rewrite in Kotlin, with a step-by-step wizard, clearer error messages when the wrong QR code or device is scanned, and an expert mode with a manual console for advanced users. The NFC protocol itself is a byte-exact port of our reference implementation. We believe a tool that writes secrets to security hardware should be auditable. Now anyone can review the code, build the app themselves, or contribute.

When you registered your security keys, the domain was twitter.com
Authentication requests from any domain that is not twitter.com, like x.com, are ignored (phishing resistant!)
So, you must register new passkeys for x.com by November 10th when twitter.com goes away
By November 10, we’re asking all accounts that use a security key as their two factor authentication (2FA) method to re-enroll their key to continue accessing X. You can re-enroll your existing security key, or enroll a new one.
A reminder: if you enroll a new security key, any other security keys will stop working (unless also re-enrolled).
Phishing-resistant login is serious. Compass Security shows how to protect the “most vital” Swiss account—Migros Cumulus—and your SSH keys. (joking, Migros account is just an example!)
