I pilot at the beginning of every game. I tell everyone on my heli NOT to jump, I will land them in safety. As soon as I hit the control zone they jump or say” fly by hot zone and then they jump. I would love to land them in safety, they just don’t want to wait. I literally had a guy tell me he was jumping because landing takes too long.
Why I hate pilots:
1. They have no clue how to play the game and drop you over the enemy getting you killed. Flyboy does not equal game knowledge. If they put the 500 hours of ground combat in then they wouldn't be pilots now would they?
2. They fly their heli's into the spawn area and honk.
3. They think they are good players when they are just not.
4. They take away from better play alternatives like driving to the CZ.
Prior to playing Recon I thought they were just annoying. After playing recon i realized that everyone who jumps out get spotted and 60 other players make it their personal mission to kill them.
Then to add insult to injury, after a week or two those same lame pilots that cost you all that money are now flying above you killing your entire team with miniguns and rocket launchers.
Anyway I get that this is my opinion, and it is not necessarily shared by everyone.
I just think less of people who board helicopters.

Bad take here. This was CLEARLY exploiting the mechanics of the game. They knew what they were doing, it was planned, and even some called it out at the time. Putting limits to what you can build as your fob breaks it for anyone actually wanting to build a monster fob. That would be a horrible experience for those that play the game and not looking to exploit the mechanics.
I think you are doing something wrong here @Brammflakes they were using your game tools to make game money inside your sandbox. Unban these players take, responsibility that it was your game development which just did not had forsee that players can get this cooperative and creative to outsmart the system. Patch but don't punish them, you are setting an example and stigmatizing them as cheaters, exploiters but in fact they were discovering bugs in your game. @KatieRouu

Developers described the players' coordinated FOB farming and mortar destruction as a non-intended cash exploit loop for millions in currency with no organic play, breaching policies against deliberate bug exploitation for advantage or reward farming.

This is awesome to hear!
Last night, a Veteran told me that @RegimentGG’s Discord server was recommended to him by the VA when he called the Veterans Crisis Line.
A gaming community is now part of the crisis response for Veterans. Let that sink in.
That's not a marketing win. That's the mission working..

🇺🇸 REGIMENT IS AT THE MAPS AIR MUSEUM! 🎮
The table is set, the Regiment gear is out, and we’re ready to meet everyone!
We’re proud to be out here today representing @RegimentGG and sharing what this community is all about: Veterans, gaming, camaraderie, and making sure nobody has to fight their battles alone.
If you’re at the MAPS Air Museum today, come find our table! Stop by, say hello, grab some information, check out some Regiment gear, and learn how you can get involved with one of the best Veteran gaming communities around.
This is what getting out into the community is all about. Meeting Veterans and their families face-to-face, building relationships, and spreading the word about the resources and community available to them.
And of course, Tiny Tower is on station helping run the table. 🫡😂
🇺🇸 Veterans supporting Veterans.
🎮 Gaming with a purpose.
🤝 Community beyond the screen.
It’s times like these I like to sit and contemplate the famous last words of Socrates:
“I ate what?” - Socrates (probably)
This is the most disingenuous political ad I’ve seen since russiagate. “Mocks veterans”? You mean jokes WITH veterans? You can’t beat him on policy, because yours sucks so you just try and attack him. Shame.
New ad: Brandon Herrera talks like a pervert about other people's wives and kids, mocks veterans, and doesn't care what diesel costs you. He's unfit for Congress.
