I pilot at the beginning of every game. I tell everyone on my heli NOT to jump, I will land them in safety. As soon as I hit the control zone they jump or say” fly by hot zone and then they jump. I would love to land them in safety, they just don’t want to wait. I literally had a guy tell me he was jumping because landing takes too long.
Replying to @SixOneZil
Why I hate pilots: 1. They have no clue how to play the game and drop you over the enemy getting you killed. Flyboy does not equal game knowledge. If they put the 500 hours of ground combat in then they wouldn't be pilots now would they? 2. They fly their heli's into the spawn area and honk. 3. They think they are good players when they are just not. 4. They take away from better play alternatives like driving to the CZ. Prior to playing Recon I thought they were just annoying. After playing recon i realized that everyone who jumps out get spotted and 60 other players make it their personal mission to kill them. Then to add insult to injury, after a week or two those same lame pilots that cost you all that money are now flying above you killing your entire team with miniguns and rocket launchers. Anyway I get that this is my opinion, and it is not necessarily shared by everyone. I just think less of people who board helicopters.

Bad take here. This was CLEARLY exploiting the mechanics of the game. They knew what they were doing, it was planned, and even some called it out at the time. Putting limits to what you can build as your fob breaks it for anyone actually wanting to build a monster fob. That would be a horrible experience for those that play the game and not looking to exploit the mechanics.
I think you are doing something wrong here @Brammflakes they were using your game tools to make game money inside your sandbox. Unban these players take, responsibility that it was your game development which just did not had forsee that players can get this cooperative and creative to outsmart the system. Patch but don't punish them, you are setting an example and stigmatizing them as cheaters, exploiters but in fact they were discovering bugs in your game. @KatieRouu

Developers described the players' coordinated FOB farming and mortar destruction as a non-intended cash exploit loop for millions in currency with no organic play, breaching policies against deliberate bug exploitation for advantage or reward farming. x.com/Brammflakes/st… in.ign.com/wardogs/273815… wardogs.com/enforcement

This is awesome to hear!
Last night, a Veteran told me that @RegimentGG’s Discord server was recommended to him by the VA when he called the Veterans Crisis Line. A gaming community is now part of the crisis response for Veterans. Let that sink in. That's not a marketing win. That's the mission working..

It’s times like these I like to sit and contemplate the famous last words of Socrates: “I ate what?” - Socrates (probably)
Basic chili with cumin, paprika and chili powder. Use Longaniza sausage as the meat. Include the meat of half of a baked pie pumpkin, mashed, and 2 tablespoons of chipotle. Pumpkin Chipotle Chili.

This is the most disingenuous political ad I’ve seen since russiagate. “Mocks veterans”? You mean jokes WITH veterans? You can’t beat him on policy, because yours sucks so you just try and attack him. Shame.
New ad: Brandon Herrera talks like a pervert about other people's wives and kids, mocks veterans, and doesn't care what diesel costs you. He's unfit for Congress. katy4tx.com/donate

These were my exact thoughts when I saw the original post.
Watch the bait-and-switch: A) When the Bible is used to advance a “conservative” cause, it’s “evil Christian Nationalism” (that he’s spent his entire campaign decrying) or it’s “forcing your religion on other people” and must be FORECEFULLY DENOUNCED. But when the Bible is used to advance a progressive cause, aw shucks it’s just me being Christlike, “speaking truth to power”, and seeking “justice” or “compassion.” His whole campaign is, ”Christian Nationalism for ME, but not for THEE” and hoping you won’t notice. B) What progressives do is take the commands Jesus gave to INDIVIDUALS and apply them to the GOVERNMENT. When Christians use words like “caring” or “generous” they mean caring for people and being generous with their own resources. When progressives use the words “caring” and “generous”, they mean “vote for the government to forcibly take OTHER PEOPLE’S RESOURCES at gunpoint and redistribute it against their will.” Of course, this *always* backfires because governments do not work like people and churches, so with governments you tends to get more of what you INCENTIVIZE and less of what you PENALIZE. This is why cities and states that throw billions of $ at “solving homelessness” end up with MORE HOMELESSNESS, they do not “solve homelessness.” This is a theology-nerd thing, but in general progressives want the government to do the roles of the church and individual (charity, compassion, care), and they want NOBODY to do the role of the State (administer justice and be a “terror to the wrongdoer”). ^^^this always results in societal chaos and darkness. Further… What Talarico (and other progressives) always do is selevtively edit Jesus, so that he becomes a mascot for their cause. I can do a “when Jesus…” list too, but James won’t like mine… - When Jesus defined marriage, he defined it as only between a man and a woman - When Jesus talked about gender, he rooted it in biology, saying “he made them male and female” - When Jesus talked about harming children (abortion), he said it would be better for you to have millstone tied around your neck and be cast into the ocean - … that time when Jesus encouraged his followers to buy weapons for self-defense (Luke 22:36) - Jesus’ family strictly obeyed the government’s border / migration / census laws. - When Jesus talked about salvation, he said belief in him was the ONLY WAY - When Jesus healed the sick, he didn’t need a deductible… there were no insurance companies in AD 30, and Jesus was using miraculous power, not paying doctors. This would be like an anti-vaxxer saying “JESUS WASNT VACCINATED!” as justification for their position) - When Jesus fed the hungry, he FED THE HUNGRY. He did not vote for the government to forcibly take other people’s stuff at gunpoint and redistribute it against their will. I could go on and on and on and on… The point is, Jesus is a LORD of the universe, not a MASCOT for your cause.

I swear @Dexerto is just turning into clickbait trash. He talked about this from the beginning. It’s a reward for those putting trust during early access. It’s not like we will have to pay the difference if we have it now.

All of these posts I see about how Wardogs has so much potential except not everyone in the match is running into hot zone basically playing a battle royal are getting old already. It’s not that kind of game. It’s a game that lets you and your friends choose how you want to play. Want to run the HZ all match? Get some friends and do it. Let others play how they want to. If they want to focus on building a FOB to pull the zone and other stuff, let them and quit bitching about it.

“I don’t want to compromise the sandbox open environment, but I want it to play more the way I want it to which limits the fun sandbox”. That’s what I get out of this. Again, there are many objective/linear type games out there if you don’t want to use your brain to figure out the counters to things. Or, and hear me out here, work as a team and support the builders.
I'm not surprised this got some heat in the replies but I still stand on it. I don't want to compromise the fun open environment of a sandbox. But once you get 2/3 fob the builder games of 3 teams hiding in towers, the game dies. It's just a building/artillery circle jerk then
46
Or, and I am saying this with all of the respect it deserves, you can fuck off back to COD and let people play a sandbox game how they want.
Wardogs is progressively becoming fob building fobbits and less about fighting in the control zone and I hope they address that rapidly into Season 2

Simple solution: If streamer mode = active mask all server info with ability to show. This would just be for the in game menu where it shows the server id. Any other time it is up to streamer to not show when they are selecting a server to join.
Is this a bad take? I think stream sniping is griefing and should be treated as griefing with regards to temp bans. Discuss.
