On June 6th, I took action to ensure Utah’s elections are more transparent.   At a press conference on the steps of the state capitol, I announced a major lawsuit against Lt. Gov. Deidre Henderson who has been hiding key portions of the voter roll from the public in defiance of basic transparency principles and federal law. Henderson has decided that while YOU can’t see these voter rolls, politically connected elites can see whatever they want. It’s a two-tiered system, and it’s radically unfair. Instead of protecting election integrity, the Lt. Gov. has chosen secrecy. I’m not letting that stand. So, I teamed up with the Public Interest Legal Foundation to fight back. They’re helping me sue Lt. Gov. Henderson to force her to follow the law and make our elections transparent.   Voters have a right to see how elections are managed, including access to full, accurate, and complete voter rolls. Mr. President. With all due respect. You supported the governor in Utah who appointed many of these radical judges. If you think Utah is conservative and that Spencer Cox is remotely principled, you have been misinformed by your advisors. Plus, Spencer Cox lost the primary election at the Utah Republican convention by the largest margin in the history of the convention. He faked his signatures, put himself on a fraudulent primary ballot and cheated in that primary. It is true that these allegations have been thrown out in court, very much like your claims on the 2020 election, and just like your 2020 election, the truth will come out and show that I am not making this up. If they wanted to disprove my claims, maybe they would turn over the voter lists to the DOJ as demanded. Maybe they would reveal their ties to ERIC. Maybe they would show their thousands of criminally forged signatures they used to qualify for an arbitrary primary election. Maybe they would allow us to look at the Cast Vote Records.
