Breaking Down Barriers returns for Season 4 on September 30, the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, with the powerful story of Ted Nolan and his sons, Brandon and Jordan.
Together, they run the 3NOLANS First Nation Hockey School, travelling to Indigenous communities across Canada to bring hockey, mentorship and opportunity to young players.
This episode follows the Nolan family as they use the game they love to give back, strengthen communities and inspire the next generation of Indigenous youth.
