Sachin turned his own battle with mental health into a mission to help others. What started with running to find his own way forward became ultramarathons across Canada, bringing people together and giving those fighting silent battles a reminder that they don’t have to face them alone. Over $200,000 raised for mental health. And he’s not finished. Learn more and support the mission: sachinmotion.ca/

We’re excited to announce that @SachinMotion is our newest National Champion, inspiring men across Canada to live healthier. When the pandemic shut down his coping mechanisms of gym access and jiu-jitsu, he found himself in a dark place and snuggled with alcohol to cope. Inspired by the work of David Goggins, he chose to chase adversity by picking up running—because he hated it. His Run Across Canada made news from coast to coast, inspiring strangers along the way to share their traumas and offload their burdens. Today, he’s helping to normalize talking openly and practically about physical and mental health. Our team is proud to have Sachin on board. Today, the Government of Canada is launching #HealthyMan–Canada’s Men and Boys’ Health Strategy. This is a nationwide conversation around men's and boys’ health. While often overlooked, supporting their well-being improves their lives, strengthens families, their community and workplaces, and their positive impact across Canada. Here is where you come in. Beginning March 2nd, all Canadians will be able to submit their thoughts, feelings, and personal experiences through an online questionnaire that will help inform the federal strategy that will be released later this year. Together, we can improve the health of men and boys across Canada for generations to come. Thank you to Minister of Health, @MarjoriePLC, for your continued commitment toward improving the health of men and boys in Canada and to our own CMHF champion, Richie Bullbrook, for sharing your own experiences today. For more details, see today’s official release: newswire.ca/news-releases/-h…

Service looks different for everyone. For some, it’s 20 years in uniform. For others, it’s showing up for a struggling friend. Service doesn’t end when we take off the uniform. To all who’ve served—thank you. You matter. Lest we forget. 🇨🇦 #RemembranceDay #LestWeForget
