Another week in RWAs!
Tokenization is no longer expanding in theory, it’s starting to reshape how capital markets actually operate.
Three developments stood out immediately:
• Securitize brings its own public stock onchain at listing
• Solana’s RWA ecosystem hits a new $3.6B ATH
• Ondo launches the first custodial tokenized securities in the U.S.
This week wasn’t about announcements.
It was about traditional finance and onchain markets moving closer together in real time.
1️⃣ Public markets are moving onchain
• @Securitize tokenizes ~$295M of its own NYSE stock
• Cantor merger approved ahead of NYSE debut ($SECZ)
• @OndoFinance introduces custodial tokenized securities with ownership + voting rights
We’re no longer talking about tokenized exposure. We’re watching regulated ownership structures being rebuilt.
2️⃣ RWA ecosystems continue scaling
• @solana RWA TVL hits $3.6B ATH
• @avax and @stellar continue expanding tokenized asset activity
• New lending and structured products keep launching across chains
Growth is no longer isolated, I t’s becoming multi-chain infrastructure.
3️⃣ Institutions are building the rails
• @Visa, @Mastercard, @coinbase + 140 firms launch Open USD stablecoin initiative
• @BNYglobal integrates @circle stablecoin into its platform
• @StanChart pilots digital asset prime brokerage
• @Ripple expands institutional lending infrastructure via XRPL
Settlement, custody, and liquidity are being rebuilt in parallel.
4️⃣ Credit and yield are going onchain
• New structured credit and bond funds launched by NY Life and Centrifuge
• @Figure closes $300M prefunded securitization
• @MidasRWA expands tokenized alternative debt strategy
• @FalconXGlobal and @plumenetwork build ~$1B credit vault capacity
Tokenization is now moving into the core of financial yield.
Final Takeaways
This week makes one thing increasingly clear:
Tokenization is no longer experimental, it’s becoming structural.
>> Public equities are starting to move onchain
>> Institutional capital is actively issuing tokenized products
>> RWA ecosystems are scaling across multiple chains
>> Credit, yield, and settlement are converging into one stack
We’re not watching “crypto adoption” anymore, we’re watching financial markets slowly rebuild their infrastructure onchain.
The shift is already happening
We break down most of the headlines every week.

Tokenized RWAs are evolving beyond passive issuance.
Raze is proud to have our very own, Tim Stoddart, speaking on the “Vaults and RWAs, The Ultimate Unlock” panel at TokenizeThis by RedStone in New York City.

Excited for the conversation around vault design, compliance, risk, asset eligibility, oracle data, and the next phase of utility for tokenized treasuries, credit, funds, and RWAs.
I've said this so many times on calls in the past regarding building in this industry...stop talking about whether things are progressing or stalled based on the price of the crypto markets and BTC. Real technology adoption has always been driven by one thing — solving painful problems for real customers. Not by asset prices.
If you're running an exchange, DEX, or L1/L2, price action matters. That's your product.
But for most of us actually building in this space — using blockchain to fix real issues in capital markets or even completely outside fintech — our north star isn't crypto volatility. It's customer value.
The corporate world has long tried to separate crypto assets from the technology powering them. That may be starting to happen. bloomberg.com/news/newslette…

This sounds cliché.
But almost every outcome in life is downstream from perception.
The same reality can be interpreted as catastrophic or optimistic depending on the narrative wrapped around it.
We see it constantly:
• Earnings miss → “Adjusted EBITDA beat expectations.”
• Mass layoffs → “Strategic restructuring.”
• Recession → “Temporary economic softness.”
• Dilution → “Growth capital.”
• Addiction → “Consumer engagement.”
• Surveillance → “Personalization.”
• War → “Peacekeeping.”
• Product failure → “Market education phase.”
• Data breach → “Unauthorized access event.”
• Gambling mechanics → “Gamification.”
• Monopoly → “Market leader.”
• Censorship → “Trust & safety.”
But it’s not just corporations.
It happens in everyday life too.
• Being fired → “A new chapter.”
• Being broke → “Building season.”
• Arrogance → “Confidence.”
• Manipulation → “Persuasion.”
• Obsession → “Dedication.”
• Delusion → “Vision.”
• Overthinking → “Attention to detail.”
• Isolation → “Focus.”
• Failure → “Experience.”
• Rejection → “Redirection.”
The most powerful skill on earth might be the ability to control interpretation.
Because interpretation shapes emotion.
Emotion shapes action.
And action shapes markets, relationships, politics, culture.... everything.
Entire companies gain or lose hundreds of billions in market cap based on narrative momentum.
Not reality, Narrative.
A CEO says “AI” 14 times on an earnings call and the stock rallies 22%.
A country prints trillions and calls it “stimulus.”
A company loses money for 10 years but gets labeled “the future” and attracts infinite capital.
Stories move capital harder than fundamentals ever could.
The world is not just built on reality.
It’s built on collectively agreed-upon perception.

As a big believer in the long-term adoption of USDC in regulated markets like the U.S., we're honored to be a part of the @circle Alliance program. Our focus has always been to keep asset tokenization and investing simple: USDC staked or invested, USDC paid out.
No scammy crypto tokens in the middle...
Our team is excited to share that we have joined the @Circle Alliance Program, a global network of like-minded companies and teams focused on the future of finance. As members, we are looking forward to building new connections and continuing to learn and innovate with #USDC and web3 technology.

One thing people massively underestimate in RWAs is distribution.
A lot of the funds and platforms we see today have hundreds of millions & sometimes even billions in assets, yet many of them still have fewer than 2,500 holders/users.
That isn’t necessarily a bad thing. In fact, most of these products are still incredibly early. It just highlights how underdeveloped distribution still is across the sector.
> The infra is improving fast.
> The products are getting better.
> The institutions are arriving.
But the actual user distribution layer is still in its infancy.
Brian Anderson retweeted
Tokenized “real-world” assets (RWAs) have surged 10x in two years, now topping $30B — with nearly half held in U.S. Treasury debt.
The growth reflects rising institutional demand to put traditional financial instruments onchain, from government bonds and commodities to equities and private credit. While U.S. Treasuries dominate today, the asset class is broadening, with more categories gaining meaningful share in recent quarters.
Note: RWAs are traditional financial instruments such as government bonds, commodities, and equities that are represented onchain as tokens.
