It is really bad. Worse is the govts are not even discussing or trying to find a solution to this grave situation. They just have some guidelines which they put out every year and that’s it . They are not even trying to find a permanent fix to this.

For an average North Indian (not everyone), everything is ok in a place so long as the locals speak their language i.e. Hindi. I think this needs a mindset change and is also a part of political propoganda. Nobody is born with hate. We were not like this few years ago.
