Still awaiting clarity from @YESBANK team! Dear @IncomeTaxIndia, the status of income tax payment made on 31st Aug is still showing as "Awaiting confirmation from Bank". And Bank is not giving clarity. It was a high value online transfer. Matter escalated beyond their Head Grievance Redressal & Principal Nodal Officer and formal complaint mail sent to MD&CEO of Bank on September 5th.
Your response to Grievance raised on IT website clearly mentioned: Please get in touch with Bank. Pls guide on next steps. @FinMinIndia @nsitharaman

Hi @YESBANK team, Income tax payment made on 31st August debited to Savings account is still not confirmed on Income Tax Website. Message shows: Awaiting confirmation from Bank". Grievance raised on IT website resolved with comments: get in touch with Bank on same day. Following up with mails sent to head service quality of Yes Bank with no response in last 2 days!! Please trat this with utmost priority considering bank debited and beneficiary not credited for 2 days and it was a high value transaction! @RBI
