Rick Steves: There was a handful of people who opposed Hitler, refused to do the proper salute, to kiss his ring; these are the Kinzingers, the Liz Cheneys, and the Mitt Romneys…of the German democracy in 1932…

.@TheAndrewBlog boldly goes back to the beat that no one can do as well as him with his review of #StarTrekDiscovery's final season. He writes that it dies as it lived but you've gotta read it to know if that's good or bad. buff.ly/3TYcBG6

LINCOLN! "The Savage Curtain" turns 55 this week and to celebrate we're seeing if it's a Trek, Marry, or Kill. Bryan and writer Andrew Bloom (@TheAndrewBlog) from The Spool look at an episode that could be viewed as dumb or a greatest hits of TOS tropes. podcasts.apple.com/us/podcas…

The number of people who are acting like the Janel Grant lawsuit is only about Vince and now that he's out, all investigation into the company itself should stop are, much like HHH, actively ignoring the lawsuit. I literally just reread it and let me take you through it here.

It's worse than that. He's played by the same actor who played Dr. Crusher's candle ghost! I get that the writers didn't want to go down the Kira/Odo route, but they did seem to find her the biggest wet rags imaginable as love interests.

Lane's story still haunts me to some degree because it ends up so hopeful there for a while and then kind of becomes a tragedy.

At the end of the PURGATORIO, Dante reaches the Earthly Paradise and gapes at this elaborate magical parade representing the Church, until it's all corrupted by malevolent forces and turned into a bizarre giant monster. And I swear to god it feels like some Kingdom Hearts shit.
