Check out our latest study on wound healing! #SyntheticRegeneration
To regenerate organs, we must 1st decode how they heal. Mammals have repaired tissues for millions of years, yet the instruction manual for organ-scale coordination remained a mystery. 📢We constructed OWHA, a 4D multimodal healing atlas to study this!📢 #SyntheticRegeneration

Excited to share our new review in @CellCellPress. We propose fibrosis is a reversible state encoded in chromatin circuits shaped by immune-stromal crosstalk, and that rewiring this logic may offer durable therapeutic paths. @GladstoneInst authors.elsevier.com/sd/arti…

Together with Emma Dann, we are thrilled to present a massive new Perturb-seq atlas of 22M primary CD4+ T cells, from 4 donors, across 3 timepoints – the result of a decade-long collaboration between the Marson (@MarsonLab) and Pritchard (@jkpritch) labs. 🧵👇

Excited to share a public beta of Seurat 5.6, implementing major improvements for speed/memory/scalability of the core workflow, especially for large datasets. Try it out! Installation instructions at: github.com/satijalab/seurat/…
Over the past few months, we've been rewriting core workflows in Seurat with coding agents to improve speed and scalability. By moving steps from R to C++ and optimizing code, we've seen huge improvements - in some cases 10-fold and above - with identical outputs. (1/)

Skin is the largest organ in the human body, and a major site of immune surveillance, aging, and disease. Developing scalable and data-driven methods for drug screening in complex human skin tissues will be critical for drug discovery in inflammation, tissue repair, cancer response, and many other aspects of disease-relevant skin biology. Wonderful to work with Michael, @ladygaga, and the entire @OuterBio team! @Wing_VC

We are proud to release the world's first virtual cell -- a multi-modal, multi-scale, dynamic, and stateful world model of the cell, the first step toward an AI-driven Digital Organism (AIDO).
Today we're releasing a preview of AIDO Cell, a world model of the human cell. It simulates one cell across DNA, RNA, protein, through regulatory networks and whole-cell behavior. Not four models handing results to each other. One system.
