Today #VPD was out in Vancouver’s #DTES to take part in the 33rd annual #WomensMemorialMarch. February 14 is a day to honour and remember those missing and murdered, and to reflect on the resiliency within our Indigenous communities.

Kung Hei Fat Choi! Despite the snow, our CPC Parade Team proudly marched in the Chinatown Spring Festival Parade. After the parade, we gathered for a celebration luncheon to appreciate our CPC volunteers and VPD partner. Wishing everyone a joyful & prosperous Year of the Snake!🐍

We are excited to participate in the new #DecalProject initiated by the @BCPoliceChiefs alongside @VancouverPD. Placing these decals on a home or car will alert first responders that they may encounter an individual with autism or neurodiversity.

Phishing scams are popular and can appear legitimate. Be skeptical of any unsolicited emails or text messages asking you for money, and never click on the link provided. When in doubt, use a publicly available contact number or email for the agency messaging you and contact them yourself. The #VPD would never call/text/email you asking you for payment.
