๐for anyone living in the Yare valley West of Norwich
Honingham Thorpe garden village, if built, will drive "need" for a Yare Valley link
Just as the Wensum Valley link, if built, supports "need" for village
Housing needs the roads, roads need the housing
It makes no sense unless there are developers waiting in the wings to build massive housing developments on green field sites. Oh, hang on . . . edp24.co.uk/news/housing/honโฆ

Quote CPRE: โThe fact is, while ever-more houses are being built, the gap between house prices and earnings is still increasing, while much-needed #AffordableHousing is simply not being built.โ

Well the interesting thing is that GM could have proposed exceptional circumstances re the numbers in the standard model (especially given ONS predictions) - instead they decided to propose exceptional circumstances to release green belt - entirely their decision!!!
@FriendsMoss @AndIrlam @AndyBurnhamGM @AndrewHWestern Are we using dodgy 2014 ONS data or more accurate 2018 Data? Are we destroying vital Greenbelt needlessly.

โAll of their (developers) incentives are to swallow up virgin greenfields rather than to think hard about regeneration. All of their incentives are to leave it to someone else to worry about environmental externalities of any kindโ YES AGREE!

With thanks to a long list of those who helped in developing particularly Tilly Mc Bride @LoveDougalston

Is it normal to scream, cry & swear on dog walks? Every time I walk past this tree, I apologise for manโs failings. It stands there so proud & majestic not knowing that itโs fate is hanging in the balance. It breaks my heart. How can anyone take a chainsaw to a tree?? How? โ at North Ferriby, England
