Outstanding mentoring at @StAnnesDenton this morning. Our school-based mentor followed the feedback cycle effectively to support the discussion. Another outstanding mentor within our partnership of schools. Also thanks for the cuppa. 👍@PrestoleeScitt #mentoring #traintoteach
Year 6 loved their visit from the @GMMA_MIC yesterday! The children were fascinated to learn about the inner workings of the judicial system and asked lots of fantastic questions. Thank you to Sean and Barry for your time!

Lost property / spare uniform will be out on the playground tomorrow after school for all to look at and collect. All are welcome!
Please put your child’s name into all pieces of uniform to avoid future losses.
We welcomed @2BoardsAAP theatre company on Tuesday who came to perform a fantastic pantomime for us based all around elves finding the North Star at Christmas! Thank you for your fantastic performance and message of perseverance, self-belief and hard work!
Today was the day! We have been so very fortunate to have Sports Superstar and Commonwealth Champion Lauren Quigley in school this morning. We all joined in to complete our sponsored circuits and had an absolute blast. After this, Lauren gave us an awe-inspiring…
…motivational speech about how she persevered to reach what seemed like an unattainable goal. After 5 years of constant setbacks and disappointment, she finally reached her goal of completing the 100m backstroke in under 1 minute. She taught us that determination, hard-work…
… and perseverance are key in reaching your goal.
Thank you so much Lauren, we are sure you have inspired many of our children to aim for brilliance!
Please remember to bring your sponsorship forms back by next Monday 14th November.
