After lunch, we welcomed even more of our facilitator team to join our breakout sessions. providing a unique opportunity to plan for future delivery as a whole team in-person. Our sessions, and @CET_Institute sessions were led by a fantastic facilitator:
For @CET_Institute, Andrew Yeomans led Secondary Practitioner Networks and Catherine Nield led Primary Practitioner Networks. For ourselves, @ruth_wild4 led our Early Career Programme facilitators, and @teamwebb led our NPQ facilitators.
Before lunch, our facilitators heard from @AUnderhillEdu and @helenbellinger1. They looked at the art of developing facilitation craft and shared practical strategies for leading engaging professional dialogue and creating meaningful learning experiences for participants.
After the break, our facilitators heard an inspirational keynote from Drew Duncan. Engaging the entire room, Drew explored the Moral Purpose of Professional Development. He reminded the room that we're not just slide deliverers - we are adult educators.
Yesterday's Facilitator Development Day started with a welcome speech by @MrsDallender who shared the impact we've had over the last 5 years and thanked our amazing facilitators. @teamwebb then explored the impact of facilitation and the East Manchester context
