Why do they even charge you the rider, if the driver is the one that canceled in the first place? And why doesn't it just automatically offer you another ride if you got canceled on?? If you're not looking directly at your screen the whole time you don't even notice what happened

Not sure how realistic it would be but it seems like something like zoos having security guards with at least tranquilizer guns would be reasonable. With modern technology you would think they could even use drones to quickly sort out this sort of thing

Sad incidence at Yorkshire zoo. He was using Makaton and trying to ward the tiger off with the hand sign for 'bad'. It's a way of communicating for people with learning/communication difficulties. It's very sad. If he’s mentally disabled enough to not understand that what he was doing was putting his life at risk, he shouldn’t have been allowed at the exhibit and especially unmonitored. There’s gross negligence happening here. His friend says he was autistic and deaf. So sad.
