Here's hoping Michigan's draconian Permit to Purchase and de facto registration scheme are thrown to the trash bin of history by the courts.
Livingston County Sheriff Deputy illegally seized a pistol under a law that he and his boss made up out of thin air. so now they’re being sued by us and Outside Legal Counsel PLC. Guess they gotta learn the hard way about so called “registration” here. cdn.fbsbx.com/v/t59.2708-21/…
NGL I've seen way worse messages. I still think Peanut the squirrel had more electoral impact in 24 than he gets credit for.
For anyone shocked by the creative football timekeeping here in Michigan, wait till you hear about how we run elections!
Thank you for highlighting this and thank you @jim_desana and @MikeHoadley1 for your hard work on behalf of the second amendment.
Michigan should not criminalize law-abiding gun owners for failing to comply with a federal system that is on the verge of being thrown to the trash bin of history.
Not only that, according to the Second Amendment these items should have never been regulated in the first place.

🚨🚨BREAKING: MICHIGAN MONEY OUT OF POLITICS PASSES HOUSE, 25 DEMOCRATS VOTE AGAINST
We just passed another accountability measure, Michigan Money Out of Politics, to bar special interests from influencing elections and canceling out YOUR vote.
Nearly half of Democrats voted AGAINST the measure instead of helping us get dark money out of politics.
BREAKING: Michigan House Republicans just overwhelmingly voted to pass "Money out of Politics" initiative. 25 out of the 26 NO votes were DEMOCRATS. Pay attention Michigan, democrats say they want money out of politics, but when they actually have to vote on it, they vote NO. Empty promises from these hypocrites.
Good fight, get it done! And Michigan needs this!

🚨 Stephen Miller just WENT OFF on the vaccine schedule being FORCED on American children
"We have to get off of this RIDICULOUS path of having our children get 70 to 90 shots. That is WANTONLY EXCESSIVE."
"The pressure from the pharmaceutical industry and from aspects of the medical industry to pump your kids full of shots DAYS AFTER BIRTH with NO understanding of the long term consequences has been a medical TRAVESTY."
"Why is it that in Japan you can get a separate measles shot, a separate mumps shot, a separate rubella shot, but in America, it has to all be packaged together?" 🎯
A step in the right direction! We should now work towards strengthening informed consent and making families whole when injuries occur.

So it appears the @MIGOP @Republicans are going to make the election about Mackinac, falling into a trap set by the Democrats, rather than talking about high crime, fentanyl, taxes, and 12 other issues that actually matter.
Now Republicans will spend energy debating something that doesn’t matter because they don’t know what else to do. Two days already lost on this crap.
The reality is Mackinac is a nice place to visit but 95% of residents know it is too expensive. It is an elitist place to visit where you spend your time buying fudge and trying not to step in horse shit.
It’s an issue that doesn’t matter which is why the Dems want to talk about it.
But hey, let’s play their game again and come up with dumb slogans that mean nothing to regular voters.
“Too confusing. Too extreme.” Remember that disaster. Let’s do it again.
Thank Kid Rock for proving my point.

Election integrity is not a partisan issue. In fact, the vast majority of Americans want the SAVE Act passed and voter ID requirements enacted.
If you want safe and secure elections, it's simple:
🚫No dead people on the voter rolls
🚫No illegals on the voter rolls
⚖️Prosecute fraud when it is uncovered
🪪Require voter ID and proof of citizenship

Last night, VP @JDVance confirmed the Trump administration is considering a policy recommendation from @RogerSeverino_ to counteract the “OPEN FOR EXPLOITATION” sign SCOTUS raised yesterday with its ahistorical birthright citizenship ruling.
We’re blessed to have a presidential administration that understands the urgency of protecting American sovereignty in our immigration policy.
Everything from moratoriums to strict visa restrictions should be on the table. @chiproytx PAUSE Act is a great moratorium bill Congress should pass and H.R.2 would codify President Trump’s exceptional border security policies into law.
The best policy experts in the business at @Heritage will be working on even more.
So close. 5-4 decision favoring birthplace citizenship. Pres. Trump should immediately amend his EO to apply to U.S. Territories which are not auto-bound by the 14th Amendment. Trump should keep pushing the issue wherever he can and force the court to reckon with the logic of its decision. Will they overrule the insular cases next?

"Healthcare is expensive, and we want to help protect you from predatory practices."
Too often, people have to get emergency medical care they didn't plan for, only to be chased down by predatory debt collectors afterward.
Rep. Steve Frisbie and House Republicans are working to PROTECT Michiganders from these practices and replace them with transparency, point people toward helpful programs, and a provide a path forward.

Surprise emergencies shouldn't mean financial ruin.
House Republicans are leading to way to protect Michigan families and END predatory medical debt collections.
This will lower healthcare costs, help people with emergency hospital visits, and make life more affordable.
