Part of my interview on @itvlondon news tonight about giving all officers access to Taser. Let me know your thoughts, would you support all officers having this piece of kit?
I know the Met has to cost save but taking firearms away from The Flying Squad?! The armed bank robbers and criminals will be laughing.

We get it, @SkyNews and The Guardian - same initials, both wear uniforms, operate internationally, and move fast. But only one SAS was affected by the Heathrow power outage. Spoiler: it was the one with the free coffee onboard, not the one with parachutes.

I have listened to the views of the public and many of our staff and we have now agreed that Defib can remain at Walthamstow Ambulance Station.
Defib is much-loved by staff at Walthamstow Ambulance Station and evidently, he has won the hearts of the public too.
Surely the @Ldn_Ambulance management team have bigger things to worry about than a cat that’s lived at the station for 16 years?!
Defib has lived at Walthamstow Ambulance Station (J4) for 16 years
He’s had a longer career w/ the LAS than me & he’s such a positive influence on crew welfare
I spent nearly all of the first wave of COVID on a J4 car and I’ve got lots to thank him for

Well I’m sure it’ll be no surprise to you to know that I have been informed that I have no case to answer on this and other malicious allegations. It’s been 20 months of hell for my family.
They may not be vocal or raise their voices on social media but the vast majority of the public support the police. I look forward to the appeal process.

A job that many don’t posses the skills or bravery to do requires the support of senior leadership, legal system and politicians. When this support goes so does their willingness to do the job so many can’t, respect to the firearm officers. Tough job and enough is enough.
Finn what can I say, it was an absolute pleasure. From saving Dave’s life to changing the law to protect your furry colleagues, an incredible loyal and brave dog. Rest in Peace 🐾 @K9Finn
Have said this for years. If the matter is not going to court etc then release the footage, rebuild the publics trust and show the truth.

Impressive policing and bravery. Great to see fast pace release of body cam footage to show the details of the incident to the public. Stops rumours and lies spreading, something policing should do in the U.K.
