🧵This is the second paper we worked on: Twiddy M, Trump B, Ramsden S (2022) Understanding the long-term impact of flooding on the wellbeing of residents: A mixed methods study. PLoS ONE 17(9): doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone… – looked at both the mental and physical health consequences
🧵Dr Twiddy (@HullYorkMed) led the stats analysis after hull.ac.uk/editor-assets/doc… where we got really effective engagement from people who wanted to describe their experiences after the 2007 and 2013 floods.
A lot of enthusiasm and scope for #SuDS at @MeanwoodFarm (plus a great place for a workshop and great coffee and food from @thebarnmeanwood 👍). Fantastic to learn from other projects including in Hull from @AlexOsborne_Geo & @LivingWithH2O

Update from me - I have moved across to @YorkshireiCASP after many happy years in Hull. Hull is a fantastic place and I was very lucky to work with great people and organisations doing important work across the city. Will miss the place.
