Lovely experience to discuss HR strategy with amazing entrepreneurs:
✔️ Never too soon to design an HR strategy
✔️ HR is abt legal, recruitment ... but it is also a vision
✔️ "Human Resources" is a key aspect of any business. But "Human" is the heart
