The Baganda say "ebyo byoya bya nswa",you trust the bushmen who have captured & ruled Uganda for over 40 years at your own risk. Power-sharing cannot work in Uganda where nepotism & tribalism are institutionalised by the state because power-sharing agreement won't be respected.

Impossible to eliminate exam & election malpractices when the entire @NRMOnline gov't establishment is riddled with corruption,forgery & impunity. When those entrusted with leadership fail to uphold integrity,Uganda becomes a crime scene where lawlessness is the order of the day.

What did you expect @MODVA_UPDF to do after their funders,@UN, ended 20 years of funding over gross misconduct by the Ugandan army in Somalia,including human rights abuses,looting & the mismanagement of mission funds by the greedy & corrupt @NRMOnline administration in Kampala?

FYI @UgBerlinEmbassy,you have sunk too low. If this is embassy PR, just say you are fulfilling your corporate social responsibility by funding VfB Einheit zu Pankow, a club that isn't even on X. Otherwise, Uganda is better off working with Masaza Cup teams to promote tourism.

The simplest thing to do is for Maj Gen Mweteise, his murderous boss @mkainerugaba, and Prime Minister @RobinahNabbanja to produce John Bosco Kibalama before a court of law or the public to prove that he is alive and exonerate Mweteise.

As someone reporting for @Parliament_Ug under the banner of @pwatchug, you ought to be better informed about that as a general rule,the law operates prospectively, not retrospectively, meaning that new laws apply to future actions,not past events. There it doesn't affect Ssenonyi
