Today the running community came out to run in support of a great initiative organised by Busisiwe Bless Mzandolo of North Runners in partnership with Run Alex
The Stronger Fun Run was to raise awareness in redefining and prioritising men's mental health.
As Run Alex we were honoured to work together with great partners to make this day the success that it was.
Thank you to everyone who showed up and took part, whether walking or running.
