Fusion of a joint that barely moves... I'm sure technically you'll be fine with some training. But identifying who truly has SIJ pain and would benefit from a fusion is the tricky part.

You said the same about 3.3% last year. Yet nothing was done. This was accepted.

Singapore is a city state of extreme wealth. Not comparable to the UK.

Your taxes would barely change because these groups use the most NHS care. Plus then you would have to sort your own healthcare. It would be more expensive for you. Unless you subsequently take care away from those groups which is unconscionable.
If you are on £25,000 salary per year, £700 of your taxes goes to the NHS annually If you are earning £40,000 £1,650 of your taxes goes to the NHS annually If you are earning £75,000 £4,500 goes to the NHS annually Private healthcare would be far cheaper for ALL of us. Imagine not seeing a doctor this year but you’ve paid over £2,000 towards the NHS…. Imagine not getting a doctor’s appointment yet you are paying thousands of your taxes into a service which can’t see you. I think we should scrap the NHS and create a much smaller organisation which ONLY assists 🔹Those above 60 🔹New Mothers 🔹children up to 18 🔹Long term disabled Everyone else can pay for private healthcare Premium private healthcare is cheaper. Those who are on low income can pay a discounted private healthcare which will still be cheaper than what we are throwing at the NHS. Stop worshiping the NHS which is a black hole of wastage.

Agree with you. But also Lin Mei advocates society should still pay for children, new mother, over 60s and long term disabled. These groups use most of healthcare anyway. So her taxes would barely reduce and she'd still have to sort her own healthcare. Mad proposal.

That's the exact arguement used to say we need to get rid of PAs and ACPs when individual cases are brought up. See how it's a silly argument.

The problem is when the anti PA and ACP brigades bring up individual cases and use it as evidence, it's emotionally powerful to sway public opinion. Can't be mad when the same tactic is used to defend PAs and ACPs.

@linmeitalks proposal is to still fund healthcare for children, new mothers, over 60s and long term disabled That is like 70-80% of NHS care Your still be paying for that, unless you support removing care from them as well. Plus you'll have to sort your own healthcare

It will almost certainly be replaced with something more expensive that makes your poorer.

Unless you plan to stop paying for the NHS to stop providing care for children, new mothers, over 60s and long term sick. Your taxes won't change a jot. Those four categories use the majority of healthcare anyway.

If you're on £75k and the NHS only provided for children, new mothers, elderly, long term conditions... Your taxes wouldn't change much as these are the core groups the NHS treats and we'd still have to pay for them. In addition to that you'd also have to pay for private care.

Also private care in this country is competing with the NHS so it is cheaper than other countries. I'm completely at odds with this suggestion.

Who's paying for children, elderly, mums and disabled? These groups disproportionately use the NHS that's what most your tax pays for, so it's not like your taxes go down £2k and you can spend that on private care instead?
