Your taxes would barely change because these groups use the most NHS care. Plus then you would have to sort your own healthcare. It would be more expensive for you. Unless you subsequently take care away from those groups which is unconscionable.
If you are on £25,000 salary per year, £700 of your taxes goes to the NHS annually If you are earning £40,000 £1,650 of your taxes goes to the NHS annually If you are earning £75,000 £4,500 goes to the NHS annually Private healthcare would be far cheaper for ALL of us. Imagine not seeing a doctor this year but you’ve paid over £2,000 towards the NHS…. Imagine not getting a doctor’s appointment yet you are paying thousands of your taxes into a service which can’t see you. I think we should scrap the NHS and create a much smaller organisation which ONLY assists 🔹Those above 60 🔹New Mothers 🔹children up to 18 🔹Long term disabled Everyone else can pay for private healthcare Premium private healthcare is cheaper. Those who are on low income can pay a discounted private healthcare which will still be cheaper than what we are throwing at the NHS. Stop worshiping the NHS which is a black hole of wastage.

Referrals for years of back pain asking for urgent appointments as their startback score is high, saying they are high risk of developing chronic, disabling low back pain That is only revelant in their first presentation. If they have years of issues it's already chronic.

The original NHS England, First Contact Physios pilot was part of the Elective Care Transformation Programme in 18/19. Pts with MSK problems were offered an appt with a MSK FCP rather than seeing a GP first. The NHS reports that the pilot evaluated more than 6,800 appointments.

Someone get the guys in Stockley park a rule book.
#MUNMCI – 59’ VAR OVERTURN VAR checked the referee’s call of no goal for offside – and determined that Haaland was in an onside position and recommended that the goal was awarded. The VAR also deemed that while in an offside position, Fernandez didn’t play the ball.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Per IFAB Law 11, a player in an offside position can be penalised for clearly attempting to play the ball (or other obvious actions) if it impacts an opponent, even without touching it. thefa.com/football-rules… x.com/TheIFAB/status…

We are saddened to learn the passing of former Battersea Park Rangers player Jason Arday 😢 Jason was a very generous and kind man on and off the pitch and a very good goalkeeper at this level ✋🏻 Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this very sad time 🙏🏻

Why are people so mad about this… wtf.. It’s one government warning because many people don’t have any common sense these days… I am lot more angry about the 10 scam calls I get a day, to my mobile, from UK mobile numbers!

Count Binface is a huge celebrity in Japan. If Clacton voters are smart, they’ll elect him — and Japanese tourism will transform the place into one of the coolest international destinations on Earth.

The term ‘Noctor’ is more than a slur. It reflects a culture of disrespect towards professional colleagues and undermines the collaborative working on which modern healthcare depends. We can debate roles and standards without demeaning people.
The often cited Noctor logic: “doctors make mistakes too; so let’s universally lower standards of education even further”

Private MRI providers should not be able to take money off 85 year olds with painful/stiff shoulders without referral. It's an expensive and exploitive way to discover you have osteoarthritis
