I work at Autozone. There is a mid level dev job currently open, I have no idea what team it is on. IT MAY be able to be downgraded as I have known this to happen in the past but I know for a fact we have no open junior roles at this time. You could still try to apply to that and see what happens. Worst case scenario they say no.
Also for Memphis, I would hit up some meetups and recruiters so you can start casting a wider net.
A couple things. I just checked your portfolio site, resume and LinkedIn. I would really suggest you take some time to redo the resume and Linkedin. Both need some work.
The other thing I would suggest is trying to create at least 1 more project but this one needs to have a specific problem it is solving. Your portfolio site is highlighting projects like a weather app and a todo app. It is going to be really hard for an employer to look at your current projects and say these are job ready.
I really like the use of colors on your portfolio site! Looks nice! We are just missing some important things.
