Icing on the cake is DVLA sent tax refund and charged 3 months road fund licence for the 37 days of ownership - 10 days of August and 27 days of September - can't fathom why 3rd month was charged. There's no procedure for contesting tax calculation error either 🫠

Critical of PX condition, photo tiny issues & offer low price, whilst neglecting to show issues with their cars and asking over value on prices (pics) Salesmen disinterested, repeat 'approved' used, point checks, etc. Even when you point out issues, lack of prep, dirt, etc

Oh dear @HLInvest you used to have nice polite grads who would pick up the phone within 10 secs and help. Now there’s a robot, a menu, the robot trying to persuade you to go online/ go away, awful hold music…and after 30 minutes I gave up. Service was always your strength? 🥲
