France's cleaning up after one of its worst nights of rioting in years. Town halls torched, shops looted, nearly 1800 arrested, hundreds of police hurt, one dead. They'll call it cost of living, but the pattern's clear in the same areas year after year. Ignoring failed integration and the groups pushing radical agendas just makes it worse.

Parents and grandparents need to be asking more questions about school security. Do you know who can access your child's school? What happens when a threat is identified? Cybersecurity firms are alerting the maritime community to what appears to be a massive data breach possibly exposing 38 organizations ranging from shipping lines to ports, terminal operators, and agencies. According to the information, a newly emerged, shadowy “data-theft extortion operation,” n0n Group, posted the names of the 38 organizations on October 12 and gave them one week to pay millions in ransom or have their data released.

CISA, FBI and NSA Warn China-Linked Cyber Company Is Enabling Attacks on Critical Infrastructure Worldwide
The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), National Security Agency (NSA), and international partners have issued a joint Cybersecurity Advisory warning that Integrity Technology Group (Integrity Tech), a China-based cybersecurity company, is enabling threat actors to target multiple critical infrastructure sectors worldwide using a range of sophisticated tools, such as large-scale botnets, virtual private network infrastructure and living off the land. Based on real-world investigations and observed activity in North America, Southeast Asia and Africa, this advisory provides recommended mitigations and information to help network defenders detect and respond to this malicious activity.
The advisory highlights that Chinese government-linked cyber actors targeted critical infrastructure across sectors to include government, critical manufacturing, healthcare. They also targeted victims in US law enforcement, and education organizations.
CISA, FBI and partners strongly urge all organizations, especially those in critical infrastructure to review the advisory, hunt for signs of compromise, and implement the recommended mitigations.

BREAKING: 🇫🇷 A major cyberattack has hit supermarket refrigeration systems across France, reportedly causing fresh and frozen food to spoil after hackers remotely manipulated temperature controls.
According to BFMTV, the attack began overnight from Sunday into Monday, targeting older versions of refrigeration-control software supplied by Danish company Danfoss.
The attackers allegedly exploited the systems’ defrosting function, forcing refrigeration equipment to heat continuously instead of keeping products cold. Temperatures were reportedly set as high as 50°C, destroying entire stocks of food within hours.
Several major supermarket chains have been affected, including Intermarché, Super U and E.Leclerc. Metro stores and independent businesses, including butcher shops also have been impacted.
Around 150 Intermarché stores are reportedly affected, according to industry sources cited by BFMTV. The full number of affected locations remains unclear.
The financial damage is already significant. In Haguenau, Alsace, an Intermarché store reportedly lost its entire frozen-food stock, worth approximately €50,000. A nearby Super U allegedly had to discard both fresh and frozen products, with losses estimated at €220,000. An E.Leclerc store in the same town was also affected, although its losses had not yet been calculated.
The combined losses reported at the Intermarché and Super U stores in Haguenau alone amount to around €270,000. Nationwide damage could reach several million euros.
Intermarché reportedly confirmed the incident in an internal communication, warning that several stores had suffered losses of frozen products. Coopérative U also acknowledged the attack and established crisis teams to assist affected stores and coordinate with refrigeration specialists.
Technical investigations are ongoing, and the full extent of the damage has yet to be established.
Authorities and companies are still working to determine the full circumstances of the attack. The identity of the perpetrators has not been confirmed.
