I was at my mums old work @UniWestScotland this morning with @scottishgreens Councillor for South Lanarkshire @krobbGreen talking to @ULA_EIS members who are on strike.
Since 2009 their pay has fallen in real terms by 29%.
Meanwhile workload increases.
A 3% offer is an insult!
