Business podcast UGC might be the most broken thing AI can do right now.
This entire clip is ONE generation — I didn't stitch a single cut together.
Just wrote the back-and-forth, hit generate, and it came back as two people talking in the same room, like a real podcast clip that ended up on your FYP.
Still not seeing many people run this format.
So I'm giving away the whole system:
- The exact build, script to finished podcast, in about 5 minutes
- How I make full 60s videos in one generation, no editing
- My Claude prompt for scripts that don't sound scripted
- The trick that paces the exchange automatically
RT + comment "BIZTALK" and I'll send you the full system

the best AD FORMAT i've seen in months came from scrolling past dave ramsey on instagram
a call-in advice show. authoritative host behind a desk takes a live call from a woman who can't sleep,
diagnoses her problem on air, and recommends the fix with the kind of quiet confidence that makes you forget you're watching an ad
quick workflow:
- generated a single studio shot of the host at his desk and used it as the identity lock for all six clips
- the caller is audio-only through his headset, so there's no second face to keep consistent across cuts
- wrote full performance direction into every Omni prompt: the southern drawl, the listening beats where his mouth stays shut, the product pickup
- rendered all six clips and stitched in CapCut, nothing reshot
the format works because the host sounds like he's run this show for twenty years, and the caller's exhaustion is relatable
RT + reply 'DAVE' and i'll send you the full workflow

built a BREAKING NEWS style ad with AI and it's terrifying how convincing it is
synthetic spokesperson, invented product, "doctor" with credentials I generated, and the only thing standing between this and a multimillion-dollar lawsuit is a disclosure line I burned into the bottom in 6pt font
which, deeply funny to me, is currently doing more work to keep this legal than any advertising regulation is
quick workflow:
- locked a trustworthy face and an "expert" as two separate characters, same identity held across every clip
- built the studio set once, product claims baked into the reference stills since AI video still can't reliably generate on-screen text on its own
- wrote it as a straight pitch-to-testimonial rhythm, problem, solution, social proof, genuine commercial structure
- animated every clip locked off, zero camera movement, because a shaky "infomercial" would've broken the illusion instantly
if you're testing AI UGC formats, this broadcast style is one of the more convincing ones I've built and worth having in the rotation
RT + reply 'NEWS' and i'll send you the workflow including compliance workarounds (must follow so i can DM)

Resilia is using 16 micro-angles, covers ALL 5 levels of awareness, and targets 12 distinct avatars. That's the recipe for 8+ figures per month.
Use this prompt to analyze your niche or ANY brand micro-angles and granular ad strategy with Gethookd MCP.
You're connected to GetHookd. I'm going to give you one competitor's product page, and I want a complete micro-angle x-ray of how they advertise it — the kind of breakdown that explains how a brand runs hundreds or thousands of active ads on ONE product.
THE PRODUCT PAGE: (Link)
STEP 1 — FIND THEIR LIBRARY. Work out the brand name and the product-category terms from the URL. Search GetHookd for active ads on both, and keep only ads whose landing page contains the brand's domain. Sample at least 50 ads across different launch dates — not 50 clones from one batch. Include subdomains as well in the research.
STEP 2 — REPORT THE SCALE FIRST. Before any analysis, give me two numbers on their own line: the brand's total active ads right now, and their longest-running ad's age in days.
STEP 3 — READ THE TRANSCRIPTS, NOT JUST THE COPY. This is critical. Big brands often run near-identical primary text across dozens of ads and put the entire angle inside the video. Pull the transcripts of the video ads. The micro-angle lives in the first five seconds of the voiceover.
STEP 4 — CLUSTER INTO MICRO-ANGLES. Group every ad by the specific buyer motivation its OPENING targets — not the format. One row per cluster: - Angle name (3-5 words) - The hook, quoted verbatim (first 10-15 words of the VO or copy) - How many ads in the sample run it - Days active of the strongest one + its share link - Awareness level: unaware / problem / solution / product / most-aware - Who it's for: the avatar in a few words (age, gender, situation)
STEP 5 — THE DIVERSITY AXES. Under the table, four lines: how many awareness levels covered · how many distinct avatars · how many narrator voices or personas · how many creative formats.
STEP 6 — THE GAPS. 3-5 obvious micro-angles for this product they are NOT running.
STEP 7 — THE SCALE MATH. Close with two sentences: [number of angles found] distinct micro-angles in this sample alone — each one its own entity with its own variations — and that multiplication is how a brand gets to [total active ads] active ads on one product while most stores stall at ten.
Output: the two scale numbers, then the cluster table (clean, screenshot-ready), then the axes, the gaps, and the scale math.

Hey Harry, any top 5 books or resources you’d recommend for someone starting out making ads?
$90k+/month health offers are quietly being sold through animated anatomy videos
this page alone pulls 50M+ views every month
no influencers
no ugc creators
no expensive shoots
just short animated clips explaining pain inside the body
a spine cracking
a nerve getting squeezed
an ear pressure building on a plane
the visuals make the problem instantly understandable
people stop scrolling because they can literally see what’s happening
every video follows the same structure:
show the pain
visualize the cause
hint at the fix
one animation style
new body problem every post
dozens of videos every week
education first
product later
rt + comment “anatomy” and i’ll send the breakdown

Claude writes better copy than I do.
Butttt…
It’s not Claude writing. It’s the best copywriters to ever live who are.
It’s so good that after writing copy for 13 years - I never write copy anymore. Ever.
Ads. Sales letters. VSLs. Everything.
Let me show you how.
you've never seen what blackhat brazilian mf in the health niche can do btw.
no one is topping that
ai ugc yapping is fire. it cost me less than $0.50.
- generate video
- generate character
- generate multiple consistent videos

Persona > desire > market sophistication > awareness level > angle > format
Persona - start with one. What group of people does this product appeal to or solve a problem for. Pick the one with the biggest TAM and opportunity based on your research.
Desire - pretty straight forward, what do these people actually want. What is their dream outcome
Market sophistication - figure out where the majority of your chosen persona sit in terms of awareness. No point going after an unaware audience if you sell backpacks for example. You don’t need to try and convince people they need stop trying to carry a bunch of things with their hands and there’s a better way. We all already know that. Here you would need to highlight unique mechanisms, differences in design, functionality and aesthetic etc
Awareness level - Based on market sophistication, pick the awareness stage with most opportunity and design your strategy targeting awareness stages up to that point. If your market sophistication level was primarily problem aware, you’d base strategy around targetting problem aware, solution aware, product aware and fully aware audiences. If your market sophistication level was product aware you should mostly just focus on product aware and fully aware audiences.
Angle - for each awareness stage you’re going to focus on list as many angles as you can. List them in terms of priority and work on them from top down. Keep a checklist so you can tick them off as you’ve tested them
Format - based on the angle you’ve chose, list out every way you can think it can be communicated / represented. Test every angle with multiple formats. Again, list in terms of priority and work from top down, keep checklist and tick off as you test
Track ads by awareness stage, angles and formats. Double down on what works and discard what doesn’t
I literally don’t think you can fail if you follow this and your other business fundamentals are in place

Here’s how I grew Snow into a $200M/year brand:
Year 1: Started with research, scraped Amazon reviews, identified what people hated (sensitivity) and what they wanted (real results). Built V1 in my apartment during jaw surgery recovery.
Year 2: Bootstrapped launch. No Amazon. Focused on direct-to-consumer only. Built real product-market fit through aggressive feedback loops and relentless iteration.
Year 3: Broke into influencer marketing. Not by chasing, by being the product they wanted to post. Organically attracted hundreds of celebrities. Gronk, Mayweather, Kardashians.
Year 4: Scaled operations. Built internal team. Owned media buying. Controlled customer acquisition. Every dollar spent was tracked, optimized, reinvested.
Year 5: Hit retail. Landed biggest-ever dental care PO from Costco. Became fastest-selling oral care SKU in their history.
Year 6+: Expanded the brand. Launched new verticals. Sold side businesses. Focused on systems, recurring revenue, and compounding brand equity.
Built with no outside capital, just obsession with the details and a long-game mindset.

P.S: You’ll always have people giving you opinions, how to scale to 8 figures, 9 figures even though they’ve never done it themselves. Don’t listen to people who haven’t done it. And always believe in yourself, even when the dream feels too big. I never thought this brand, Snow, would grow this far. But I believed in it anyway.
