Don't worry @FutureBoy you're not the only one to read the "my companion" relationship that way!
Which makes the scenes where Marco admits he betrayed Guilliano under torture even more powerful...

The Masque of Mandragora looks like lavish BBC Shakespeare, sounds like a thesis on science v superstition, and gives us Tom Baker waving around a giant salami. Is this great Doctor Who or just gloriously camp?

The @PullToOpen63 randomiser clearly enjoyed @theDWshow July ep on Tomb of the Cybermen, taking the lads to Telos!
A good discussion. Especially interesting to hear @FutureBoy's take as a newbie to this classic.
As I said in July though, I just ENJOY this story! Banger!
Join us as we awaken the Cyber Controller, discover the Cybermen were apparently Banksy all along, and ask the most dangerous question about Tomb of the Cybermen: does this classic actually deserve its reputation?

When listening to @PullToOpen63's ep on Nikola Tesla's Night of Terror, I was as surprised as they were to remember that there was an alien monster in this ep!
Is this a key fault of the Whitaker era generally?
Some interesting thoughts!

Anjili Mohindra's performance in this one is great. #DoctorWho
Nikola Tesla’s Night of Terror has the makings of a great historical: one of history’s weirdest geniuses, a superb Goran Višnjić performance, and bug-like alien baddies. But the sparks never quite make the jump.

Indeed. In case the other response wasn't seen: we'll be mindful of not appearing to endorse AI generally, which this post wasn't intended to do. It was, as you said, playing with a "fun little tool," which is in no way little and has some implications that are anything but fun
