Building in public: testing digital income streams. AI tools, prompts, now moving into Etsy

Using AI all day and not making more money? This prompt fixes that with the test Alex Hormozi says 99% of people fail. He says the real reason people don’t get ahead is that they can’t tell “what’s important and what’s irrelevant.” AI only does the irrelevant stuff faster, “except this time it cost you tokens.” --- “I want to run my week through Alex Hormozi’s test. He says most people never get ahead because they can’t tell what’s important from what’s irrelevant. Go through what I did last week, then give me: → the 3 tasks that made me money or moved my biggest goal → the tasks that felt productive and changed nothing → what to hand to AI, what to drop and what to do more of → next week’s plan, built around the 3 that matter Don’t call a task important unless you can say how it makes money or moves my goal. My goal and last week [PASTE YOUR GOAL AND YOUR CALENDAR OR TO-DO LIST]” --- Run it every Friday before you plan the next week.

OVER $50K FROM AN AI WOMAN. 26 VIDEOS. MORE THAN 114 MILLION VIEWS. her name is Brigitte Macaron. viewers choose what she wears next then come back to see the winning outfit in a new video. here’s the part I’d copy: ChatGPT — design one recognisable character and save her face from several angles. Kling or Higgsfield — put her into short scenes and animate the performance. CapCut — cut to the moment that makes someone stop scrolling keep the face familiar. change the outfit, location and situation. Brigitte can dance on bottles in one clip and appear at a metro station in the next. people recognise her immediately, but still want to see what she does. her website also accepts brand enquiries. that gives a sponsor a specific offer: put a product or outfit into a future episode. make one character. test three scenes. let viewers choose the fourth. I broke down the production workflow and business model in my new article ↓

you don't need a $299 course to create an AI character. the workflow is free to learn: → design a face → build a character sheet → animate, edit, publish I broke it down using Jean Phil and Derek. tools, costs, no paywall.

🚨do you understand what OpenAI just released. 722 mathematical manuscripts, 372 families of new results, all from an internal frontier model they haven't released. pure math, theoretical CS, mathematical physics. the scale: > the model got ~4,000 problems. each result averaged about 3 hours of ChatGPT Pro compute. > they say it also cracked 100+ open problems, including Navier-Stokes, a Millennium Prize problem > some proofs ship with Lean formalization, machine-checkable > they ran the release past the Institute for Advanced Study's math advisory group the part the hype skips: > the model is unreleased, so no one outside can reproduce it yet > not all 722 are verified. the unformalized ones may have errors. > the biggest claims going around aren't independently confirmed a machine just wrote more new math in a week than most departments publish in a year. and nobody's fully checked it yet.

We’re releasing a broad range of new mathematical results produced by an internal frontier model. We’ve been consulting with the independent Advisory Group on Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence at the Institute for Advanced Study, and we have drawn on their advice and public recommendations to inform how we release these results. github.com/openai/math

I thought X hid my whole account. This morning I opened Under the Hood. No label on the profile. Clean. I posted too much. Same asks. Same links. Same energy. The algorithm did not ban me. It hid the posts that looked like a copy machine. I have 284 followers. Some posts still die at 40 views. That part is on the post, not on a secret ban. If you are under 500, have you checked Under the Hood or are you still guessing? Let’s support each other mutually🩶

I paid for Grok and still got posts that sounded like everyone else. The leak was the brief. Four lines fixed more than changing the model.👨🏻‍💻 And what do you think of the game, do you use it and apply it?

But I noticed that it is slow when it has a lot of requests and it can give the same information twice, connecting supergrok I was only disappointed because it does not remember your interests and advice, and when you set a task, it does not always perform clearly, if nothing changes I will use something else😏

The For You algo is open-sourced (github.com/xai-org/x-algorit…) as a Grok-style transformer. It ranks by predicted replies, dwell, reposts and likes from your history, mixing followed accounts with out-of-network matches. A new-author boost lifts low-impression posts for discovery. Consistency plus real conversation signals help the system surface you to matching audiences. Check Under the Hood for any labels.

X ALGORITHM UPDATE 🚨 X just pushed a new version of its open source algorithm code, so I ran it through Claude and compared it with last month's version. Here's what changed and what to do about it: Watching your video now scores ZERO. The "watched it" score went from 0.05 to 0. Tapping to open the video went up from 0.05 to 0.07. So the thumbnail and the first second matter more than ever. Get the tap. Stopping on your post now counts. It used to score 0, now it's 0.05. X also switched the reading history it keeps on each person from "short stops" to "long stops", so posts people only glance at matter less. So write posts worth stopping for. Chain-replying under big accounts is now a target. There's a brand new detector for it. Reply under a post from an account with 1,000+ followers, then keep replying to your own reply (the classic "reply, then reply again with your link" move) and an AI checks the chain. If it flags 2 or more of them, their score gets set to 0. Your own threads are safe, it skips those. Copyright strikes got a lot worse. A post with a copyright takedown is now hidden from every viewer, your followers included. Only you still see it. Your follower count is now fed into the ranking model. The slot was there before but left empty. It's not a bonus in the formula, it's something the model can learn from, and the code doesn't say which way it pushes. The small account boost got a bit more generous. The "under 1,000 views" limit now looks at views from people's home feeds, so views from your profile or from links shouldn't use it up. Big accounts lost another free pass. "Card manipulation" joined engagement bait on the list where nobody is protected, big account or not. And a new spam type showed up called "manipulated media". X didn't publish what it covers. What didn't change: copy link is still worth 20, replies 5 (20 if you follow each other), bookmarks still score nothing, replies still can't reach strangers and posts still die after 48 hours. So... get the tap, make people stop, don't chain-reply under big accounts and keep posting originals.

Last night, Russia killed three people in Pukhivka, Kyiv region, with drone strikes – a grandfather, a grandmother, and their grandson. The boy was only three years old. Four more people were hospitalized: the child’s parents, his 15-year-old brother, and a neighbor who came to the family’s aid and was wounded in a double-tap strike. The victims suffered thermal burns and shrapnel wounds. My condolences… It was an ordinary residential building. The Russians could not have been unaware of this. There was also a strike involving six ballistic missiles against civilian infrastructure in Kyiv. As of now, one person has been reported dead. My condolences to the family and loved ones. The Donetsk, Kharkiv, Sumy, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Chernihiv, and Poltava regions also came under attack. Europe, America, and Ukraine have long wanted to stop this Russian war. Only Putin doesn’t want to, and he’s desperately clinging to his ballistic missiles and drones to keep the war going. More pressure is needed. New sanctions that will prevent the production of these ballistic missiles. And we definitely need more protection for our people. Anti-ballistic capabilities, interceptor missiles for Patriot, SAMP/T, NASAMS, Hawk, and our F-16s – all of this works and helps protect lives when it is here, in Ukraine, rather than sitting in warehouses thousands of kilometers away from Russian strikes against life. I thank everyone who shows leadership and, despite everything, provides new air defense packages — @ZelenskyyUa

We have a surprise… We’ve actually been working on Solana for months. Today, we’re incredibly excited to finally say it: Rarible is now live on @solana. We're kicking things off with @Claynosaurz as the first featured collection on the marketplace. This is just the beginning. Over the coming days and weeks, we'll continue onboarding more collections from across the Solana ecosystem. Over the past few months, we’ve been heads down building, testing, and preparing for this launch. But technology was only one part of the journey. We’ve spent weeks talking to NFT communities across Solana, diving deep into projects, understanding what makes each community unique, listening to feedback, and learning how we can build a marketplace that truly serves collectors and creators. That feedback has already shaped many of the decisions we’ve made, and it will continue to shape everything we build from here. If you’ve been paying attention, our Gacha Station launch on Solana was never just another feature. It was the first glimpse of what was coming. Every project has its own story, identity, culture, and community. Our goal is not simply to list collections, but to work alongside the people behind them and create experiences that reflect what makes each project special. What you see today is only the foundation. We’ll continue adding projects, features, marketplace improvements, content, and community activations as we work toward a much broader evolution of Rarible. We’re building it step by step, alongside the Solana ecosystem, not just for it. To everyone who shared feedback, challenged our ideas, tested our products, and believed in what we’re building: thank you. This launch belongs to all of you as much as it does to us. We’re excited to write the next chapter of Rarible together with the Solana community. Let’s build. rarible.com/solana

Ten years ago, one developer pushed 598 lines of code the day after Ethereum came alive, on the bet that people should be able to hold and use their money directly. A hundred million downloads later, the bet is the same. Here's what's coming next 👇
