Three years ago today, at a Ramstein meeting, seven countries signed a declaration of intent and the IT Coalition was born.
Today it is 17 partners and €1.85 billion invested in the communications, cybersecurity, and digital systems that the Defence Forces of Ukraine run on every day.

Air defense. Before winter. When it matters most.
🇺🇦🤝🇩🇰 Denmark is providing an unscheduled 31st military aid package worth around $275 million, directed at strengthening Ukraine's air defense through the critical fall and winter period.
Minister of Defence Evgeniy Khmara thanks his Danish counterpart @JeppeBruus for delivering on the agreements reached in their call earlier this week.
Denmark has been among the leaders in supporting Ukraine since day one of the full-scale invasion, and keeps developing new formats of cooperation that work.
Our gratitude to the Danish Government and Parliament for a principled position held even as Russia escalates hybrid attacks and provocations against our allies.

Our long-range responses had a very significant impact in the Moscow region last night. One of Russia’s key oil industry facilities and the aggressor’s logistics facility were hit. These are billions of dollars that sustain the war machine. The systems used included FP-1, RZ-100, MICH-2000, Palianytsia, Vendetta, Liutyi, Bars, Flamingo, Sichen, and Pelican.
I thank our warriors for their accuracy: the Security Service of Ukraine together with the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Special Operations Forces, the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, and the Foreign Intelligence Service. Sanctions were also imposed on a facility in the Voronezh region. Moscow must end its brutal war and choose peace instead of building layered rings of air defense at the expense of other regions. Steps toward de-escalation are on the table – in energy and food security. What is needed is political will. I thank everyone who is strengthening Ukraine’s long-range capabilities. I am grateful to everyone who complements our long-range responses with responses through sanctions. Glory to Ukraine!

The combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to September 20, 2026.
Every day, drone force units of the 26th Artillery Brigade hunt enemy fixed-wing drones and take them out of the sky.
An enemy UAV overhead is a threat to our warriors, our positions, our weapons and equipment. Every intercept removes that threat.
And behind every intercept there are people. Warriors who read the situation in seconds, identify the target, make the call, and hit it precisely.

I received reports from Defense Minister Yevhenii Khmara and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykhailo Drapatyi. Following the change in leadership of the Medical Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, decisions are being prepared to update its management approaches and system for responding to challenges. The key priority is to scale up as widely as possible the successful practices already being used in combat brigades and by effective brigade patronage services. Scaling up the successful experience of the Defense Forces is a priority for commanders at every level.
We also discussed revising the regulatory framework and approaches to recruiting foreign volunteers to serve in the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Everyone who feels that our defense of Ukraine’s independence has global significance should be given a fair opportunity to prove themselves and receive the respect they deserve. I am grateful to all the foreign volunteers who have already made a significant contribution to defending Ukraine, our independence, and our people’s right to live as people should in a sovereign state.
I also approved new long-range operations in response to Russian strikes. We are preparing to expand our long-range capabilities.
I also want to separately thank all our weapons developers and manufacturers, all the engineers and experts involved, who are literally working around the clock to come up with ways to counter jet-powered “shaheds.” We already have several solutions that have proven their effectiveness in real-world operations by successfully shooting down jet-powered “shaheds.” We are working to ensure their systematic deployment, consistent effectiveness in shooting down these targets, and the mass production we need.
Together with the Commander-in-Chief, we also identified further priorities for active operations on the front. Glory to Ukraine!
⚡️UAV control points, a training ground, an ammunition depot.
On September 18 and overnight into September 19, Ukraine's Defense Forces hit Russian UAV control points near Luhanske and Pokrovsk in Donetsk region and across five locations in Zaporizhzhia region, two of them near Novoprokopivka alone.
Also hit: the Vostochny training ground near temporarily occupied Novopetrivka, a materiel depot in Rybynske and an ammunition depot near Amvrosiivka.
Confirmed from September 17: damage to an 80P6 radar station near Mityuli, Smolensk region of Russia.

Russia is losing billions of dollars to Ukrainian deep strikes and middle strikes. Those are hundreds of missiles, drones, vehicles and mercenaries the enemy army will never receive.
We are systematically dismantling the material base that feeds Russian aggression. Tangible losses to the funding of the enemy's war machine will force the Kremlin to the negotiating table on fair terms.
🛻 Electric UGVs aren't always enough for winter off-road conditions. So we're building Ukrainian buggies with remote control.
Closed tests with 33 GROUP of the "Tymur" Special Unit of @DI_Ukraine are done. Over half the designs already hold @Brave1ua grants and are being refined on frontline feedback.

Ground robotic systems now take on what our warriors had to do yesterday: hauling supplies, evacuating the wounded, mining terrain, working where the risk is simply too high.
We're changing the way we fight. What doesn't change: protect our people, complete the mission.

Ukrainian aviation keeps working through Russian artillery and fortifications along the front line. On a recent combat sortie, a Su-27 crew hit Russian positions with several GBU-39 precision bombs. Confirmed by post-strike footage.
The D-30 is a Soviet 122mm system Russian units still lean on in the east. Each one taken out makes it harder for them to back their assaults.
The pilot, Oleksandr, has more than 220 combat sorties behind him.

🇺🇦🤝🇸🇮 Minister of Defence Evgeniy Khmara met with Slovenia's Minister of Defence Valentin Hajdinjak.
On the table: air defense, the Drone Deal, joint ventures with Ukraine's defense industry, and countering Russian information operations against Ukraine and Europe.
Russia is scaling up ballistic missile and jet-powered drone strikes on civilian targets. Ukraine can produce the systems that stop them, several times faster, with partner financing behind it.

Since the start of the year, unmanned systems units of Ukraine's Defense Forces have struck more than 3,000 Russian unmanned ground vehicles, according to data from the DELTA combat system.
Every enemy ground drone put out of action disrupts enemy logistics and reduces the enemy’s reconnaissance and assault capabilities.

Minister of Defence Evgeniy Khmara spoke with French Minister for the Armed Forces and Veterans Affairs @CaVautrin.
He thanked France for the rapid delivery of additional counter-air capabilities and for its steady defense support.
The ministers discussed strengthening Ukraine's air defense further, including munitions for our Mirage fighters.
A separate focus: jet-powered Shaheds. Both countries are already working on ways to bring these drones down effectively.
Ukraine is looking for more of what has already proven itself, and for new solutions as well. The priority is low-cost interceptor drones.
Also on the agenda: joint industrial projects and the FREYJA anti-ballistic initiative.
