Jeff has been a longtime critic of Rory, the PGA Tour, and the liberal golf media, long before LIV!

Rory McIlroy, who spent years sneering at LIV golfers taking guaranteed money, apparently discovered a magic euphemism: “Global ambassador.” 😂 No hat logo required for the PGA Tour star. Just conveniently showing up at DP World tour events he’d normally skip. Definitely not an appearance fee though. Totally different. 😑
In golf, consistency is everything. That's why I'm proud to announce I'm joining @DP_World as Global Golf Ambassador. Excited to push the boundaries of performance together, backed by world-leading smart end-to-end logistics. #SmartLogisticsToATee #DPWorldxRory

Golf Media Mythology: Rory McIlroy, the selfless guardian of PGA TOUR tradition, was fighting LIV for “the soul of golf.” IRL: Ahead of the DP World India Championship, at a Bloomberg Forum, “RORS” admits the motivation was mostly related to personal greed as LIV posed a threat to his goofy virtual golf league, TGL.⛳️💰 The “soul of golf” was apparently Rory’s investment portfolio.

Peak Rory McIlroy: lectures LIV Golf about wasting millions on already-wealthy pros… from India where he’s being paid millions to play in the DPWT India Championship.🤨 Apparently “wasting money” becomes “growing the game” the moment the “appearance fee” hits the PGA Tour star’s bank account. 😂

PGA TOUR establishment: “Hey, whatever happened to Abe Ancer?” Also establishment: blocked LIV from OWGR, choked off major access, then watched players disappear from rankings. A real whodunnit mystery.🤨
I think about Abe Ancer a lot as a guy whose career cratered on LIV. He won a WGC in 2021 and had back-to-back top-10s at the PGA Championship in '21 and '22. He went to LIV in June '22 as the 20th-ranked player in the world...and then vanished. Didn't play a major in '25 or '26

As if it was a natural occurrence and not a concerted effort by pga tour inc. They couldn’t block the truly elite world class like Bryson Rahm Koepka etc but the Paul Caseys and Abe Ancers were easy targets.

Wait. Brooks Koepka — the guy who was slapped with a supposedly punitive $5M fine for playing LIV Golf… is then rewarded with one of just 4 spots in a $4M made-for-TV Skins Game? 🤨 The PGA Tour is one big scam.
The @FarmersIns_ Skins Game is BACK with Justin Thomas, Wyndham Clark, Brooks Koepka and Jackson Koivun going head-to-head for $4 million at Atlantic Fields Club. Watch LIVE on Black Friday (11/27), only on @primevideo.

LIV Golf was supposedly a league of irrelevant mercenaries. Now those same players could make DPWT fields “rival the PGA TOUR.” Same players. Approved logo. Miraculously elite again.😂
DP strength of field going to rival PGA next year. Sunday morning watch into Sunday afternoon watch going to be legit.

Nothing screams “competitive marketplace” quite like: “Don’t sign with LIV GOLF and we’ll guarantee you access to @DPWorldTour events (which btw is only path back to PGA TOUR).” Somewhere, a DOJ antitrust lawyer just saved screenshot. 😂
Exclusive: A significant number of LIV Golf players are in advanced talks over an exit plan that will guarantee them starts on the DP World Tour, on the condition they don't sign up to the relaunched league. Story @TheTodaysGolfer: todays-golfer.com/news-and-e…

Another PGA TOUR “world-class” partner accused of fraud. Cognizant Classic title sponsor is under investigation by Trump admin for the systemic practice of importing Indians 🇮🇳 for American 🇺🇸 IT jobs. Just shocked 🤔

So, Jon Rahm’s ages 29-31 were a “wasted 3 years of prime” because he won 0 majors on LIV? Rory McIlroy won 0 majors from age 26-34 on the PGA TOUR — over 10 full seasons! But that wasn’t a wasted prime!? The double standard is impressive. 😂
In the end, Jon Rahm finishes his LIV tenure with 11 major starts, 0 wins, 4 top-10s and 2 MCs. In the 3 years before LIV, Rahm made 12 major starts, had 7 top-10 finishes, 0 missed cuts and, yes, 2 major wins. His age 29-31 seasons featured just one top-5 finish at a major.

Nothing says “marquee international event” like a Golf Channel preview of the Presidents Cup with 57 LIVE viewers. My wife’s sourdough starter group chat is bigger. 😂

The news media is as corrupt as the golf media. The murderer is a black man.
The death of Tasia Fortune, a Black Mississippi woman found hanging from a tree on Aug. 3, has stirred distressing memories of the grim history of lynchings across the U.S. South.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Jackson police arrested 51-year-old Jarques Ratliff, a Black man with an association to Tasia Fortune, for her murder on Sept. 11 after the death was ruled a homicide. apnews.com/article/tasia-… clarionledger.com/story/news/loc… mississippitoday.org/2026/09/11/tas…

The Asian Tour dumped LIV Golf to crawl back into the PGA TOUR/DP World Tour ecosystem Turns out press releases can’t be used to fund tournaments But hey — there’s that shiny new “pathway” to the **HotelPlanner Tour** 😂

DP World Tour whining that LIV Golf competed for players, sponsors, broadcasters and venues is genuinely hilarious. So… a competitor competed.👀 When “competition” is the grievance, the monopoly jokes write themselves. 🎩😂

The LPGA has a charisma problem. Even its biggest star is an absolute robotic bore!
Sadly, the loudest Solheim Cup in history didn’t reverberate across the Atlantic. The event’s TV ratings in the U.S. were nothing short of a gut-punch to those who observed its success on the ground. Josh Carpenter of the Sports Business Journal shared the startling numbers on X: 179,000 watched on Golf Channel Saturday and, despite an 8-8 score heading into singles, viewership dropped to 170,000 on Sunday, when Europe came out on top. To put that in perspective, consider that three years ago when the event was held in Spain, Sunday’s viewership numbers on Golf Channel were 277,000. That’s a 39 percent drop in viewership. In 2015, the last time the U.S. won on foreign soil, Golf Channel coverage averaged 227,000 viewers. golfweek.usatoday.com/story/…

Brian Rolapp spent all summer selling a simpler, stronger PGA TOUR. Rory McIlroy spent 10 minutes setting the brochure on fire. 😂

If you can’t explain this in one page, it’s too complicated. #Simplicity @PGATour
Brian Rolapp: “We need to make the PGA TOUR simpler and easier for fans to follow.” PGA TOUR: releases 2028 qualification criteria that’s more confusing than the FedEx Cup, the OWGR, and the U.S. tax code… COMBINED! 🤕 PGA TOUR 2028: Simplified™ 😂
