B loves the competition! Still defends the best player/shooter on every team. We’re working to fix that 😉 Coaches, if you’re not taking a look at her, I just don’t get it I guess. Just outperformed a multiple D1 offer girl this weekend. @BCovert22 @MImystics @MittenRecruit

You spend hours marking and commenting on student work, and then they don't even read your feedback. The solution is all in how you time it. Learn how to fix this 👇

🌟Each day, our students pick a sentence starter, like “Today I worked hard to accomplish…” and reflect on their achievements. This not only boosts their confidence but also helps them set goals for the week ahead!

Have a PD agenda your team loves? Share it in the thread!
(Inspiration via leaders @brightmorningtm and @mrshowell24)
ALT A horizontal PD agenda with the title "Wonderwall." It includes a learning objective and a plan for small group work to be shared with the full team.

We run in the rain! Why?

2. We embrace all of the elements.
3. It prepares us for meets that are in the rain.
4. It provides some of your best summer running conditions.

The best place to relax is near water.
After just 2 minutes of viewing water outdoors, blood pressure and heart rate drop. It's more calming to look at a lake, pool, or stream than trees or grass.
Beaches are popular for a reason. Wider bodies of water bring more tranquility.
