🧑‍🏫BTW.. if U are new to the #Uranium sector👶 there is a stock purchasing pattern that U should be aware of🛍️ which is a 2-pronged approach by traders & institutional investors with respect to investing in the Sprott Physical #Uranium Trust: Step 1 - they load up on shares of uranium producers, developers and explorers to the desired weights in their portfolio📂⛏️🏭🧑‍🏭🛒 Step 2 - they then pile into #SPUT to drive its share price higher, eliminate the discount to NAV and turn on SPUT's ATM🏧💵 so it can begin raising more cash to buy more drums of U3O8🛢️☢️🛒 📈The Spot price then rises as SPUT purchases more Spot U3O8, which then triggers a rally in the share prices of the producers, developers and explorers they already hold in their portfolio, driving up their U stocks portfolio.⬆️💰⚛️⛏️📂😊 That's been the pattern over the past 5 years, and one reason why U often see U stocks rally strongly while SPUT lags behind.🐌 As well, some investors use SPUT as a lower risk place to hold their cash, then sell their SPUT shares when the U sector rallies so they can use the cash to purchase higher risk companies with more torque to the Spot price. That also tends to hold SPUT back until that rotation is over.... so U know!😉
🚨 Today buyers are paying $90/lb to purchase drums of physical #Uranium on the Spot market🛢️☢️🛒🐒 but U can buy your own share of a stack of #U3O8 drums held by Yellow Cake PLC $YCA on the LSE🇬🇧 at just $71/lb, a -21% discount to its market value!😲 Score!🥅⚽️🤠🐂 #Nuclear

This is where fortunes are built in commodity cycles. When quality names like Cameco ($CCJ), NexGen ($NXE), and Denison ($DNN) are sitting 40% to 50%+ off their peaks despite the structural #nuclear supply deficit growing wider every month, emotional retail sellers are handing over institutional-grade entry setups. This is the classic "Get Right and Sit Tight" phase: 🔵Fundamentals haven't changed: Tech buildouts, grid baseload demands, and nuclear reactor restarts are locking in multi-year #uranium demand that supply simply cannot fulfill. 🔵Technicals tell you HOW to enter: You don't jump in with all your capital at once. You use wave structure and technical levels to scale in systematically through the drawdowns. 🔵Capital discipline: Cyclical washouts shake out impatient daytraders so patient, long-term capital can position ahead of the next structural wave up. When high-conviction assets get deeply oversold without a change in the core macro thesis, you don't panic. Map your risk, scale in calmly, and let time do the heavy lifting.
There isn’t a #uranium developer or producer that hasn’t taken a serious hit from its 5-year highs. I know 90% of investors don’t want to hear this, but this could be the opportunity. I feel for investors who are deeply underwater. I’ve been through these brutal cycles several times in my career, and you learn a few things along the way. In my opinion, uranium equities look deeply oversold, with no single obvious reason justifying the scale of the sell-off. Could they fall further? Of course. But I’m taking my chances and scaling in little by little. Not financial advice. Just my opinion.

Imagine what all in actually capex per lb costs would be if they had to find and develop the asset today and expect a reasonable IRR for doing so. $200/lb is needed. Rushing uranium projects into production to be a money burning, asset depleting ‘producer’ makes zero sense. Yet management teams rushed restarts and argued they’d make money.

👨‍🏫For the past month the #Uranium sector has been caught in a broad 'risk off' trade😱 that's hammered #mining #stocks... gold, silver, copper, rare earths, lithium⛏️⤵️🗑️ as US Treasury yields soaring to 24 year highs triggered a flight to the safety of cash💵🦺 while U prices remained rock solid.💲🪨 U need to understand that the U space is tiny🦐 and far less liquid than other metals & energy sectors🧊 which creates far higher share price volatility🎢🔃 that can be strongly decoupled from the commodity price🔀 and the extremely bullish #Nuclear demand vs supply fundamentals that are the best they've been in decades!🌊⚛️📰🐂🏄 Traders and institutional investors tend to put their Uranium positions into the same basket as other metals & mining🧺⛏️ and in their Energy basket too🧺🛢️☢️ so when they head for the exits and start redeeming their baskets of stocks, funds and ETFs, it has an especially oversized impact on U stocks in an indiscriminate dumping into the market👶🛁⤵️🚽 that is divorced from extremely bullish U sector & company fundamentals and unchanged asset values.💎🐂🙈 This "sell first, ask questions later" action by traders is what creates these extreme share price swings⏬🎡 that, for those with cash looking to position into the best opportunity there is today across the commodities space, is an answer to prayers for some🙏😇 and a gut punch to others.🥴💥🥊 It's important to understand when it's macroeconomic factors and geopolitical events that are wreaking havoc in the markets and driving down share prices for no real fundamental reason.🤔 That is exactly what contrarian investors are looking for as it creates deeply asymmetric buying opportunities where the downside risk is small⬇️ compared to the many multiples of upside potential that beaten down U stocks hold!⏫⏫🎁😊 Wishing U good luck with your trades!☘️🛒🤠🐂
Hey #Uranium fam!👋🤠 I was flying over Europe at 32,000 feet on Friday so I missed the day's trading action✈️ but I see from the closing share prices that U #stocks showed some signs of a new bottom forming at deeply oversold discount prices relative to their valuations.🛫⚛️😊🐂

Good takes here. I'll also add that utility inventory building is expected as the commodity becomes more scarce and higher cost. Utility inventories were minimal when uranium was abundant and cheap.
😱A lot of #Uranium investors appeared to be freaked out by the extremely misleading headline in this post last week about US inventories being at a 39-year high🇺🇸⚛️⛽️ according to the US EIA's September Energy Review.📄👇Let's discuss!👨‍🏫 Back in July the EIA released its 2025 Uranium Marketing Annual Report: eia.gov/uranium/marketing/ It reported that inventory held by owners/operators of US #Nuclear reactors rose a modest 3M lbs in 2025 to 118M lbs, which includes everything from drummed U3O8 to converted UF6, enriched Uranium product (EUP) and final fabricated fuel assemblies ready to be loaded into reactors. It also reported that inventory held by suppliers, which includes brokers, traders, converters, enrichers, fabricators and producers, rose 10.9M lbs in 2025 based on the EIA survey sent out to all those participants. ConverDyn also reports drummed U3O8 and converted UF6 in storage at their facility, which includes material owned by the Sprott Physical Uranium Trust (SPUT), Yellow Cake PLC, hedge funds and other funds & financial players that are buying material in the Spot market. That material is being counted as "supplier inventory" even though it may be unavailable to US utilities as fuel, being held as strategic investments, won't be sold until higher U prices arrive, or may be set aside by producers for an upcoming delivery. The EIA doesn't know what the purpose is behind each participant's held inventory so it just rolls it all into one data point! It also seems clear from the report that there were lower than usual reactor fuel reloads in 2025, which means that inventory held by reactor owners/operators is higher heading into 2026 simply due to timing of the next fuel loads. The other thing that the EIA report does not do is forecast future demand in their uncovered requirements data. Nuclear utilities don't include uprates, restarts and life extensions in their survey response. They only indicate their most conservative requirements for their currently operating reactors and the supply contracts that are in place to cover them. SMR fuel requirements, reactor uprates, life extensions, restarts and new reactor builds get added on top, which means that the EIA's estimate of 186M lbs of uncovered requirements to 2035 may be multiples less than what will actually be required over the next decade as the US Nuclear Renaissance ramps up.⚠️ Also keep in mind that this data was released way back in July so the market has already had 3 months to digest it and adjust expectations. This is NOT new information coming as some big surprise. It's old news and already stale.🍞 Finally, the EIA reports in their September Energy Review that the burn rate for Uranium fuel in 2025 was higher than 2024, 2023, 2022 and 2021, steadily increasing each year as fewer reactors are being shut down and more are being life extended. Naturally there will be an increase in inventories held by reactor owners/operators as more fuel is being consumed each year. Data from the first 6 months of 2026 indicate that the burn rate in 2026 will be higher than 2025.📶⚛️⛽️ Bottom line... don't be fooled by headlines that don't tell U the whole story!🃏 Good luck!🤠🐂

U.S. URANIUM INVENTORIES JUST HIT A 39-YEAR HIGH THE 2025 LEDGER · Year-end commercial stocks reached 170.0M lb U3O8e, the most since 1986. · Uranium loaded into U.S. reactors fell to 40.9M lb, the lowest since 1998. · Purchased imports fell to 30.4M lb, the lowest since 1993. That's about four years of 2025 loadings, the deepest cover in EIA data back to 1991. Yet $CCJ reports long-term prices at decade highs and plans lower 2026 deliveries, citing contracting discipline. Utilities still have 186M lb unfilled through 2035. How much is truly spare? $URA $URNM

I’m thrilled by the enthusiasm for nuclear energy in the U.S. President Trump’s goal of expanding American nuclear energy is being celebrated across party lines and generations—especially among young Americans. This is the American nuclear renaissance in action.

Before revenue begins to expand at 80% profit margin. Before the NASDAQ listing where more potential investors come on. Before we announce the contract that we’re near term for an acetylene and oxygen supplier. Before we begin the large production facility where we will put tens if not hundreds of Hyperion units. Before we scale up production to begin in earnest? This is one of the best investment opportunities of the decade."

We have a plan to build a nuclear future in Saskatchewan. Saskatchewan is a global leader in uranium production and industry leaders like Cameco are recognizing the important role nuclear energy will play in our province's future. Together, we're building a more reliable, secure, and sustainable energy future for generations to come.
