Nazis with Qurans started a war with no concern for the children of Gaza
75 ,000 Gazans are dead. So many were children.
Nazis love war death destruction and suffering. Exactly what Hamas has done to the people of Gaza.
End Hamas and hate. Peace now.

$NBIS Taking a step back after the drawdown
What I always do for my investments when they experience such a dramatic fall every time is take a step back and look at everything again over the weekend with a cool head, so as not to mix emotions and facts.
1) Thesis
First of all, I attach the updated thesis that I published at the end of September, and I think this is what you should go back to first, as it makes you remember all the verticals that the company is currently progressing on, and it shows you why I believed in the company in the first place (and still believe obviously)!
I believe that nothing has changed since September 2026, and many would argue that things even improved.
2) CapEx/Debt debate
A lot of things were said during this week regarding CoreWeave financials and their implications for the whole neocloud sector. I think it is fundamentally wrong to compare CoreWeave with Nebius and IREN, for example, because each company has a different strategy. In my opinion, the biggest problem for CoreWeave compared to these two is the fact that they sold out their whole 2027 capacity, and overall their deal profile is long-term contracts with terms that do not reflect the current prices. Combine this with their annual interest and potential difficulties to raise additional capital, and you have a problem.
I absolutely disagree with statements that if Nebius were to succeed, CoreWeave must succeed as well. However, that’s not what I really care about today, as I want to discuss Nebius as my biggest position. (Good luck to CoreWeave, as it would definitely be better if they managed to get out of this negative perception!)
So what is the current situation for Nebius?
If we assume the high end of the 2026 CapEx guidance - $25B and look at the gap between what Nebius already spent on CapEx and what is left to spend (we don’t really know what happened since June 30, so we have to work with that):
- CapEx spent in H1 2026 - $8.13B
- CapEx required to meet guidance - $25B
- 2026 Remaining CapEx (as of June 30) - $16.87B
What is the cash situation?
- Unrestricted cash on June 30 - $8.04B
- July secured debt facility - $0.775B
- August convertible financing - $5.75B
This gives us approximately $14.5B in cash and financing resources, which creates roughly a $2.3B gap to cover the remaining CapEx.
We also have to assume that Nebius wants to still finish the year with some unrestricted cash, so let’s assume the $8B similar to its June 30 position.
This means that Nebius needs ~$10.3B of additional net cash inflow during H2, and let’s discuss where they could get this money before people start with the FUD that we will get diluted or Nebius will take on an additional $10B of debt (trust me, they will eventually, you have to account for that).
2.1) Customer prepayments
Management expects more than $9B of upfront customer funding in 2026, but don’t forget that is for the entire year. If we look at the H1 cash-flow statement, we can see a $4.4B positive change in deferred revenue, so we don’t know for sure, but we can expect several billion dollars of additional customer funding arriving during H2, which helps significantly with this gap.
2.2) Operating cash generation
H1 operating cash flow was $109M, and I believe that we can expect at least $400M of operating cash flow in the rest of 2026. Nothing significant, but still almost half a billion dollars.
2.3) Additional asset-backed financing
People completely forget that this is actually the most important and plausible source of capital. Management said that more than $40B of additional customer commitments could support a similar financing structure to the $775M secured facility in July, where Nebius borrowed against deployed GPU infrastructure and contracted cash flows from investment-grade customers.
Overall, to maintain that $8B cash buffer, I believe Nebius still needs to find approximately $5-$6B of further financing excluding operating cash flow and customer prepayments, which we will know more after Q3 earnings (second week of November most likely).
Remember, $5-$6B of additional cash if they want to keep that financing buffer, but if they think that now is not the right time to seek capital, they are covered for 2026 despite what many tried to tell you during this week. So again, everyone panicking before double-checking the facts...
3) Mismatch between my expectations and the street’s consensus
Probably something that makes me most bullish still, and I keep going back to this number is the extremely slow progression curve that the street is expecting. To be fair, I am not surprised that the consensus right now is that Nebius is not a great investment if they expect them to announce $16B in ARR by the end of 2027.
I don’t know what the exact consensus on the active capacity at that time is, but with that estimate, I would be bearish as well, as the economics wouldn’t make much sense at that point, and this is where I believe the big re-rating will happen - Q3 earnings.
I believe many saw the post from @SMASIMHO, where he showed the least bullish base case you can ever see (on purpose), but I will repeat it, so you don’t have to switch between posts:
- 2026 ARR guidance is currently $7-$9B, and I will confidently say that we can assume the midpoint of $8B
- Already confirmed capacity for 2027 is 800MW, and that will most certainly be around 1GW, and in my valuation model, I currently assume 1,700MW of active power by the end of 2027
You can probably understand by now that $16B in ARR is complete nonsense because that would imply -> $9.4M/MW, which is below the bare-metal deals around $11-$12M/MW
I’ll just use my estimates of 1,700MW of active power and blended revenue per MW of $21.1M. First of all, I am already quite bullish in my base case, but we only see GPU prices increasing, and until I see actual cracks in the data, I won’t be lowering my expectations. For those who read my valuation model, I am way above $30B in exit 2027 ARR, but even if we assume my bear case of $25.8B, it would still be 61% higher than what the street is expecting - 61%
My next point would be whether the deals are actually profitable and how much FCF is actually generated, but I am preparing a longer article on this topic because many people apparently can’t do math on X (spoiler: a lot of FCF for Nebius).
So yeah, I am still calm and collected going into the next week and I would summarize it like this:
- No signs of demand slowing from Nebius
- Deals make sense economically
- Sentiment shifted, which is normal
- Thesis is still intact
- Pumped for Q3 results
Thanks for your attention!

The far-left is sterilizing themselves, killing babies, and a death cult that does nothing but destroy.

Every piece of bad news seems to break on $NBIS' back, even when it has absolutely nothing to do with what the business has built over the last 18 months.
For Dota players, it feels like doomers are basically applying Faceless Void's Time Lock to the stock. One bash after another.
Meanwhile, the business has executed flawlessly so far, and the disconnect between its execution and price action is now getting unreal.
Bots and hedge funds seem to love putting businesses with similar themes into the same trading baskets. One company stumbles, and they take down the entire basket, regardless of how the individual businesses are actually performing.
And I find this really bizarre. We're now in 2026, where a skilled white-collar worker or engineer using AI can compress a week's worth of work into an hour, but these finance bros are still programming trading bots to treat fundamentally different businesses as if they're all the same company.
You'd think professionals would be using AI to their advantage to analyze more businesses in greater depth and in less time. That should be an incredible advantage for anyone trying to outperform the market. Instead, we still get this mindless sector-wide trading where individual business performance matters very little, unless a company does something magical.
To me, this screams total incompetence, and it's really no wonder so many retail investors on this app have been outperforming professionals who get paid to outperform for years. Embarrassing.

🚨#ALERT: Everyone needs to be aware of this
Journalist Avery Daye exposes the history of Minnesota Rep Ilhan Omar
“Ilhan Omar — I figured not enough people know about her family’s history, so let’s recap:
Her dad and her grandfather were both high-ranking military officials in the Barre regime, which killed over 200,000 people. They’re most famous for the Isaaq genocide — it was the worst of the worst: aerial bombings, executions, man-made famine.
People massively suffered under this regime, with the help of people like Ilhan Omar’s family who supported the regime and carried out this, this horror.
— They have family ties to this guy known as the Butcher of Hargeisa, and his whole shtick was “kill all but the crows.””
“So the suffering of the people of Somalia was so bad that there was a civil war and the regime was overthrown. Her family fled first to Kenya and then Minnesota, claiming they’re like these asylum seekers.
These poor, poor people. No, no, no, no. They were fleeing to escape being held accountable for what they did. She was not oppressed. Her family, they were the oppressors.”
“So for the Democratic Party to have her as a representative is insane to me — and the way that they’ve like rebranded her as all this poor refugee? No, no. She wasn’t a refugee of war. Her family created the war.”

My post about France went viral. Thousands of likes. Many Americans told me: "Democrats aren't socialists. America will never be France." I want to answer that seriously, step by step.
Start with a simple observation. Look at what has gotten cheaper in America over the last 25 years: TVs, phones, software, clothes, toys. Now look at what has exploded: college tuition, healthcare, childcare, housing.
What separates the two lists? The first lives in competitive markets. The second is exactly where government is most involved: subsidies, mandates, licensing, zoning, regulation.
College. Washington lends students almost unlimited money. Universities know the money will always come, so they raise tuition and hire more administrators. The student pays the bill for twenty years. More government money, higher prices.
Housing. Why can't a nurse buy a home in the city where she works? Not because of capitalism. Because of zoning laws, permits, environmental reviews, years of procedure to build a single building. The most expensive places to live in America are the places where it's hardest to build. When building is nearly illegal, prices explode.
Healthcare. The patient almost never sees the price. A third party pays, regulations limit who can compete, and costs climb year after year with no one able to say no.
So here is the trap. The problems you suffer from are not the failure of free markets. They are the places where the market has already been replaced by the state. And the solution you're being offered is more of the same.
That's the Trojan horse. It always works the same way. A real problem. A generous-sounding promise. A program that makes things worse. Then the failure of that program becomes the argument for the next one. People who lived under communism in Poland learned to recognize the lie and the mask the lie wears. The lie never presents itself as a lie. It presents itself as compassion.
In France we are at the end of that road. Debt we can never repay. Young people who can't afford a home. Our best people leaving. And every few years our cities burn. Nobody voted for this. They voted for one more generous promise, fifty years in a row.
If you're a Republican, share this with the Democrat in your life. Not to win an argument. To start a conversation.
If you're a Democrat, I'm not asking you to switch teams. I'm asking you to look at the pattern. Wherever the state took over, life became unaffordable. Don't fix the failures of government with more government.
Stay American. Ask for less state, not more.
I’m French. I want to talk to Americans who are about to vote Democrat. Not to insult you. To warn you.
I come from your future.
In France we did everything your progressive politicians promise. Free healthcare, free college, generous welfare, strong unions, heavy regulation, high taxes on the rich, a state that takes care of everything. Public spending close to 57% of GDP, one of the highest on the planet. On paper, it’s the dream.
Here’s what it looks like from the inside. France hasn’t passed a balanced budget since 1974. Our debt is above 3,300 billion euros. Interest on that debt is becoming one of the biggest items in the national budget. Our hospitals are collapsing despite record funding. Our schools rank lower every year. Young people with degrees can’t afford an apartment in the city they were born in. Our best engineers leave for London, Zurich and San Francisco. And the rich you wanted to tax? They left too, and took the jobs with them.
The promise was protection. The result is stagnation.
The worst part is that nobody in France voted for decline. Every single step sounded generous, compassionate, reasonable. One more program. One more regulation. One more tax to fund it. Each step alone makes sense. Fifty years of them, and you wake up in a country that can no longer build a nuclear plant on time or keep its streets safe.
I love America because it’s the one place on earth where people still believe they can build something from nothing. I came to Silicon Valley as a self-taught kid and it changed my life. That spirit is the most precious thing your country has.
Before you vote, ask yourself one question: is the program you’re voting for making America more like America, or more like France?
Trust me. You don’t want to be France.

If this is true, and if I’m reading it correctly, only SpaceX, $NBIS, and $CRWV have so far managed to charge $40M per MW or more annualized on their short-term compute deals.
It all started with SpaceX selling metal to Anthropic at what I’d call an Anthropic desperation premium. Then $NBIS followed, as Arkady mentioned on the Q2 call, and now we’ve got CoreWeave.
My feeling after spending a lot of time studying compute is that in 2027 we’ll see deals in the top range getting closer to $60M per MW annually, or even higher.
On another note, I don’t really like giving numerical projections, but I feel that Nebius analysts on this app are somewhat pessimistic with their pricing assumptions, or too linear for that matter.
Obviously, none of this is investment advice.

$NBIS
It's been a while since I've been on LinkedIn, and I found this gem.
Nvidia's CTO wrote a post about none other than $NBIS, explaining WHY this company stands out and how different an AI cloud is from a regular cloud business.
He talked about how Nebius builds every data center from day one as one giant machine, with GPUs, CPUs, networking and storage all designed together.
He highlighted that broken nodes get repaired automatically in about 15 minutes without customers' workloads even noticing.
He pointed out they were first in Europe with GB300 NVL72, among the first with B300s on Nvidia's newest InfiniBand, and that they're getting the same early access to Vera Rubin.
And he called out their push into serverless inference, where customers just pay for what they use.
Being first in line for every new Nvidia generation is a massive edge for a neocloud.
The customers who need the newest chips go where the newest chips are.
If someone knows what he is talking about it’s definitely the CTO of Nvidia.
Bullish $NBIS

I didn't vote for Trump or Kamala, but a lot of people forget that when Tyson was falsely accused of sexual assault years ago, Trump was one of the few people who stood up for him. He also did the same for Michael Jackson. That doesn't make him a saint, but this occurred during the time Joe Biden was sending Black men to prison by the thousands.
