Tomorrow is #CycleToWorkDay.... Why not jump on a bike & go on a mindful cycle to switch off before and after work! #wellbeing
Tomorrow is #CycleToWorkDay - all you need to take part is a bike - old or new - and the desire to ride. Will you join the 354,830 people who have already made their pledge. . . .
Cycling to & from work - even just once a week, is a great way to add exercise into your day & seeing as tomorrow is #CycleToWorkDay - there's never been a better reason to get pedalling!!
With the attack that happened in Westminster this morning - I do know that all of our emergency services regularly run towards apparent danger to keep the rest of us safe - for that we should be eternally grateful.
Following the events at Westminster this morning, we're stepping up our patrols in England, Scotland and Wales.
Our officers will be highly visible on trains and at stations. If you have any concerns, please text us on 61016
