Tidy and clean vehicle ahead of @GreenwaysFed Fete today with @SCSteveLeCount. In my opinion, fetes are an essential part of community policing, and give us a chance to build relationships with the communities we live and work in! #southend #fete #essex #myotherlife

2/2 After a 20 minutes conversation, the male to agreed to a McDonald’s and a chat at the police station with our regular colleagues to provide him with the support he needed. Great work @SCSteveLeCount and all involved! #southend #MentalHealthAwareness #mind #MyOtherLife

1/2 Last night I was out with @SCSteveLeCount. At approx 2200 we attended a call to a suicidal male on the beach. As someone who’s been in that dark place, it was amazing to see how Steve broke him down to target the triggers of the males feelings and thoughts. #southend #mind

Currently in the station with @SCSteveLeCount. SC Basham has joined us for the last 5 hours. @SCJordanReilly1 is in custody with a suspect. We are about to head back out to carry on providing support to the nights events on the high street. #southend #police #myotherlife
