The Cosgrove Method:
1. Delay disclosure until minutes before a hearing so you can tell the judge you just gave them so much discovery.
2. Sabotage the dump in some way forcing the defense to file more motions for discovery.
3. Respond to those motions with more discovery minutes before the next hearing.
Repeat.

BREAKING: Per Mark Bederow's most recent letter, we learned that of the 4,727 pages of discovery provided by Special Prosecutor Robert Cosgrove, more than 4,000 of these pages were blank.
Note: Cosgrove stated there were "5 or 6 thousand pages" of discovery.

Need help on putting together a list of Hank Brennan's lexicon & assorted other misstatements.
I can't remember how he mispronounced "sequestered." Can anyone tell me?
