I wonder if @RosemaryScapicc caught Dighton Police Sergeant Nicholas Barros post trial interview stating that ADA Adam Lally withheld literal proof of MSP/CPD tampering with evidence.

SIDE NOTE FROM LUNCH BREAK:
Reviewing the records for Matthew Farwell's trucking company [@ameliarstern1 has done a stellar job on this issue] and Norfolk County DA Michael Morrissey's former state house pal is peripherally mentioned
Senator Brian Joyce, who died of an overdose (manner of death undetermined by Bristol County) in 2018 while awaiting trial on federal corruption charges, shared a LLC with current Stoughton Town Board Member T.J. Recupero. Joyce and Morrissey served in adjoining offices at the State House and were friends.
Recupero was listed as the resident agent for Farwell's trucking company DMJ TRANSPORTATION LLC
There was testimony this week about the FBI's arrest of Farwell in August 2024, when he was pulled from the big rig, a company that Recupero represented as the registered agent at the time

O'Keefe v Read Motion to Compel Hearing – October 16, 2026
This video wouldn't be possible had @LawGirlsNotAttn not run to the courthouse to record it herself before any other media even showed up. Make sure to give her a follow and a sub to show your appreciation and support!

We have begun our fight against the injustice being perpetrated against our client, Boston Police Officer Nicholas O’Malley.
Legal fees will not be an issue for him, as our fees are very nearly completely covered at this point. But we will need to pay experts, whose fees will dwarf the fees our law firm is charging.
I expect that we will hold fundraisers to enlist the help of all of the public, including those wonderful people who are already supporting our cause. I will be back in touch with further information to let you know how you can contribute and participate, if you’re so inclined.
In the meantime, please check out this website, where you can purchase clothing to proudly announce that you’re on our team. Again, none of your contributions will go toward legal fees, but your support will allow us to mount a vigorous defense Thanks in advance for your consideration. #FreeOMalley

Holmes asked for a meeting with Norfolk County DA (my sources were right, he did "try to do the right thing" and was apparently pushing for criminal charges or at least a seated grand jury to hear evidence and was shot down -
This jives with what I heard in 2023 regarding Lynn Beland, DA Morrissey's Deputy at that time.
When he got shut down, Holmes went to the FBI -
"I thought that maybe there were other crimes occurring in other parts of the country," Holmes said based on the results of the IA investigation, which included intel on the Farwell twins, Stoughton animal control officer Joshua Heal and U.S. Army recruiter Jason Pickard, as @lamag exclusively reported

"You took an oath to tell the truth here today?"
"Yes."
"And when you walked into the courtroom, you said to someone with the government, "I can't wait to crush this motherfucker."?"
"Yep, I did."

The government DOES NOT plan on calling John Fanning. 😳

"We're going to argue that the defendant could have authored it, and it's just as possible that he did not author it."
"Okay, so that's my ruling on 352. As to docket 356, regarding the completeness issue...it was the statement made that he was not the child's father. I reviewed the amendments to rule 106 and I considered the cases cited in the footnote. I would say two things, I think it was a hearsay objection but, even considering 106, I don't see any 106 issue with the statement. I don't see any issue with the completeness as to the statements about the length of their relationship and the first time they had sex."
"Because the government does not intend on calling the interrogating officer, John Fanning, the defense does intend on calling him."

A word of caution on how criminal trials work, particularly for those suggesting that the U.S. Attorney, in their cross of MSP witnesses, is using the Birchmore case to put the MSP on notice or portending future legal problems for the state investigators. That's not how focused and experienced prosecutors work. This case is about Sandra Birchmore and proving Farwell's guilt. Prosecutors are trying to prove their case and close all avenues of doubt. No more, no less. The pathetic state investigation requires the feds to do this to eliminate the possibility of a jury accepting a suicide theory, which would create reasonable doubt. The U.S. Attorney has no choice but to expose the disgraceful MSP investigation due to the state's original finding that Birchmore committed suicide.

Joshua Levy, former U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts and the person responsible for pressing charges against Matthew Farwell, entered the courtroom early this morning around 9:20am. I was seated in the back bench when he entered and as he sat next to me.
To me, it was obvious why he was there for MSP Trooper Dunne's testimony - the case officer of the Sandra Birchmore death investigation.
Also, there were about a dozen other Federal investigators in the courtroom in both normal gear and suits.

"So, you were more interested in looking into Ms. Birchmore rather than the masked man at her apartment on Feb 1st?"
"Yes..."
"Objection"
"Sustained, struck."
I can't help but imagine these questions being directed at MSP regarding the John O'Keefe investigation. He deserves to have justice, too.

We will now look at exhibit 37.
"Do you see anything on Ms. Birchmore's chest?"
Oh my God, we are looking at a picture of Sandra's bloodied face.
Her nose is clearly damaged. She has some pooling of blood by her cheek.
We zoom in on her bloodied face.
Sandra's eyes are closed. She has her sweatshirt ripped open and she has a blue shirt on underneath.
She has a pink flamingo necklace.
"Does the State Police have that pendant?"
"No."
"Did you collect it from the scene?"
"No."
"Why didn't you collect it from the scene?"
"This came up later...uh...it was broken at the scene and eventually learned about it, but I didn't find it at the time."
"How did you not find this on Sandra's body?"
Objection.
