PSA: @helium_mobile is an MVNO, a consumer cellular product. subscribers pay in fiat currency and get a phone number, a SIM card, etc
the @helium Network is a network of community owned Hotspots that serve cellular traffic for multiple carriers including AT&T, Telefonica, and also Helium Mobile. Hotspot operators get paid in $HNT burned by the carriers for that traffic
Helium Mobile got sold. @helium and $HNT is now our only focus. there is no longer any confusion between value accruing to equity holders or token holders. it's all $HNT

I've been seeing a lot of FUD and think a lot of people are misunderstanding this.
In the past year, industry major mobile data carrier offloads emerged as @helium's primary revenue driver.
This marked a major shift not only for Helium, but DePIN at large, as AT&T and T Mobile marked the first traditional infra players to leverage DePIN at scale.

The funniest thing about DePIN is that there are all these people running around confidently proclaiming its all supply and no demand...when in fact the real issue is the exact opposite.

- we’ve agreed terms to buy the remaining 5.7M HNT from one of our early investors. they had been actively selling via Coinbase for the last couple of months
- we’re going to be building a more transparent mechanism for bringing off-chain revenue to HNT via buybacks
- shelving any plans or discussions to dilute the supply and merge equity/tokens
