Currently, CSF lawyer is getting technical on his argument hanging on a thread of "A Board" vs. "The Board."

In 2012, @KevinFalcon said land for a second hospital in Surrey was "surplus" and sold it to a BC Liberal donor for $3 million less than it was worth. He never planned to build a second hospital in Surrey.
