This was by far one of the few high points of 2020. It was a pleasure to chat with other educational leaders who are helping to shape the NEW Normal in Education. @T_A_Taneesha @OurVoiceAll

I just love my OVA family. They're some of the most driven and intelligent educators that I know. We celebrate each other and value each other's experiences. Sidenote: Connect with those that have a vision for something bigger and greater than your current reality. #OVA3

A fellow educator asked me how I'm able to remain so calm and focused as a 1st-year principal during a pandemic. I let him know that I wake up everyday 🔥🔥 up, anchored on My Why & My Purpose.
In these times, I encourage you to think deep and hard about what drives you.

ANNOUNCEMENT:
It is with a heavy heart that we've decided to postpone the inaugural #DivBookFest until 2021. We believe the inability to provide a guaranteed safe environment this year would be an unnecessary stressor. We hope to bring an amazing festival to everyone next year!
