Introducing energy with a phenomenon: the popsicle stick chain reaction.
It was hard. It was scary.
Kids quit 5 times—and restarted 6.
I wanted to save them… but then:
“We got it!”
“SUCCESS!” ⚡️

1/5 Screen Value Over Time: A report from the classroom. 🛡️💻
I’ve seen technology use as a teacher, admin, district specialist, edtech manager. Now I’m back in the classroom in the age of 1:1 devices and A.I.
Here’s the truth: Technology doesn't run the room management does!

4/5 🛠️ The Engineer’s Mindset
Some kids use tech to accelerate; others use it to avoid. The difference is intentionality.
Stop fitting new tools into old practices. We have to refine, rebuild, and adjust our methods to meet the moment.
5/5 🤝 Let’s Collaborate
I’m back in the classroom doing the work. From your experience: Is technology helping or hurting in your classroom right now? Why?
Let’s talk and build a better way forward together. ⬇️

Where have you been Chanel? Focused! In 2023 I had to eliminate distractions and Focus! On my growth, my insecurities, my job. That meant taking steps back. I believe that’s okay. Deciding if I wanted to come back to social media- yall know how much i love people was a STRUGGLE
Miss and admire these amazing leaders!
