The Supreme Court’s ruling today is another attempt to attack states’ constitutional right to run elections. The midterm election is less than 70 days away, and the President continues to spread lies about our elections and the security of mail ballots.

In-person polling locations open in Pahrump, Tonopah, Amargosa Valley, Beatty, and Round Mountain. Voters may also drop off their mail ballots at all polling locations, or the Clerk's Office in Pahrump and Tonopah, and the Admin building in Duckwater.

State and local election officials are working hard to prepare voters for the June Primary, and keeping Nevada’s voter rolls up to date is a critical part of that process. Voters can support their local officials’ work by checking their registration on VOTE.NV.gov.
The @NVSOS reported continued voter list maintenance. In the Spring of 2026, counties updated 14,164 voter records, designated 119,533 voters inactive & canceled 7,583 voter registrations.
