ALT A graphic with a pink cowboy hat logo that says ACLU of Texas Staff United. The graphic reads: Workers at @aclutx are unionizing! We’re proud to announce that we’re seeking voluntary recognition to form a union with NOLSW/UAW Local 2320. As one of the largest non-unionized ACLU affiliates, we look forward to joining the movement of nonprofit workers and laborers everywhere seeking to create sustainable and equitable workplaces. Labor organizing was fundamental to the ACLU of Texas’s formation in 1938. We seek to live out our values by creating the workplace we need to thrive and to confront — in solidarity — the extraordinary challenges of this moment in history.
