Retirement is an incredible milestone that approximately 10,000 Americans reach each day. Last week, Frances Reaves Esq. joined the team at @MiamiBridge, a 24/7 emergency youth shelter, to celebrate the career of CEO Dorcas L. Wilcox, Ph.D. as she heads into her #retirement. 👏🏻

Everyone makes mistakes, even as adults. It is important to remember to learn to forgive yourself. Set an example for our youth through self-reflection, openness and sincere apologies. No one expects you to be perfect — kids just need you to be honest & do your best.
