ALT Congratulations! 🎉🎉🎉 Our intern Rachel Troob graduated 📚from The University of Miami ...@univmiami She may look familiar because during her time with us, she has created videos for our followers. Here's what she had to say about her experience at Miami Bridge. "Having the opportunity to work as an intern at Miami Bridge has been an amazing experience. I worked in the Truancy Diversion program and learned how to connect and build rapport with families in the community." What are some of the highlights of being an intern here? "I enjoyed the sense of family at Miami Bridge the most! From day one every staff member was beyond welcoming and enthusiastic. It feels good to work in an environment where people love what they do." You have created amazing videos. What is one takeaway that you want to leave our community with? "Although the TikTok’s were super fun to make, I did make videos about serious topics.
-Neglect-
As used by U.S. courts, the term neglect denotes the failure of responsibility. Neglect is related to the concept of Negligence. Its rather limited use in the law sets it apart from that much broader doctrine. Neglect means omitting or failing to do what is required.
How are you protecting our 🌏🌎🌍planet?
On Earth Day, our intern, Rachel created this TikTok video. It's a reminder that our actions individually play a major role in the health of our planet.

Miami Carol City Senior High School! Thank you for inviting us to last Tuesday's event! We enjoyed speaking to parents and youth about our services. We realized that a lot of the youth were interested in volunteering and social work/mental health related careers.
