There may be concerns about lesion size/durability when using higher irrigation rates to cool PFA electrodes. We performed experiments using an in vitro model to demonstrate the equivalence of cellular electroporation at different irrigation rates.

AOC: "It is unconscionable that what we are debating right now is legislation that will give 8 senators over $1 million a piece and we are robbing people of their food assistance and of their healthcare to pay for it. We’ve seen this phenomenon with all PFA catheters delivering energy on or very near to exposed metal. Stay tuned for a more thorough evaluation to be published in the near future.
