Today we're introducing Agent Customization in Glass, a new way for clinicians to tailor our AI to the way they practice medicine.
Clinicians can set preferences for how Glass responds, build skills around their clinical workflows, and add the reference materials they rely on.
Skills capture how clinicians approach specific clinical tasks, such as complex chronic care visits or goals-of-care conversations, so Glass can use those instructions when they're relevant.
Knowledge brings a practice's reference material into Glass, including local referral requirements and the tests and procedures offered in-house.

Today we're introducing substantially higher usage limits across all Glass plans and new intelligence modes that make it easier to choose the intelligence you need for the task at hand. Clinicians can ask more questions before reaching a limit.

ALT Glass intelligence-mode menu on a blue background. Standard uses standard intelligence with the lowest usage. Advanced uses advanced intelligence with higher usage than Standard. Max uses maximum intelligence with higher usage than Advanced. A separate Stat toggle enables priority processing for faster responses and uses the allowance faster. Standard is selected; Stat is off.
Use Standard for quick clinical questions or routine documentation. Choose Advanced for a differential diagnosis or treatment comparison. Turn to Max for complex cases with multiple conditions or conflicting findings.
For Max subscribers, Stat is now a separate toggle that gives you priority processing for faster responses. Stat keeps the intelligence level you've selected, but uses more of your usage allowance.

Today we're bringing Patient Lists to Glass for Clinicians, a new way to keep patients exceptionally organized across a shift.
Our clinical AI helps clinicians manage multiple patients simultaneously with the highest possible efficiency. Available now at glass.health.
Patient list management is as important as managing each patient encounter.
Build a named list for your shift or service, add your patients, and configure it around your workflow at glass.health.
Introducing Environments in Glass for Clinicians.
Clinicians can choose Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency, or Urgent Care for each patient encounter, and Glass for Clinicians surfaces the key clinical files needed for that care setting.

Amazing performance by @GlassHealthHQ on another important Medical AI Superintelligence Test benchmark.
SCT-bench assesses how closely an AI's clinical reasoning matches that of real clinicians as cases evolve.
Glass 5.6 Max earned the highest SCT-Bench score in the independent Harvard-Stanford ARISE Medical AI Superintelligence Test (MAST), ahead of systems from AMBOSS, OpenAI, Anthropic, Doximity, and Google.

The benchmark applies Script Concordance Testing, an established way to assess clinical judgment when experts can reasonably disagree. ARISE used standardized prompts and expert reference standards.
MAST is currently in preview. Glass's result shows strength where clinical AI matters most: updating its judgment as new patient information changes the picture.
